Worst school any kid could ever go to. They do not give a good education my kids had to get tutoring and go to summer school to get caught up. They also have a bullying problem and so do the teachers

My son really enjoys this school. He is learning a lot more than he was in public school. The teachers and students are friendly and welcoming. There is no bullying.

Amazing. Superior. Second to none. A place where my kids are loved!

Terrible. My child went here for 1 year and that was a huge mistake on my part. When he went back to his old school, he had to have extra tutoring throughout the year just to get him caught up.

As a former student at MVCA I can say that they are the most caring school a child can ever attend. Everyone from the Pre-K teachers to the principal want every student to succeed. The teachers are all very capable and will do anything it takes to help every student that needs it. The problem with MVCA is the middle/high school STEM program, It doesn't exist. They teach the required courses for the state of Alabama but that is about it. Just those courses alone are not enough to prepare a student for any type of science, engineering, or technology degreee program. As others have said on here it is the parents responsibility for instilling in thier child a Christian world view. MVCA does a wonderful job of showing the world through a christian view and teaches the Bible in every subject but the lack focus on STEM is something that cannot be overlooked in any school. In saying this, MVCA leadership would love to have a top notch STEM program and give anything they could to have it, but the resources are simply not there. MVCA does a wonderful job with what God has blessed them with and teach His word faithfully. I loved MVCA but, it did not prepare me for college or a real job.

I went to school here and now my children are going to school here I dont think they can get a better education any where else here. We put God in our school, we dont take God out.

As a former student and current parent of MVCA I must say that this school is just awesome. They focus on the spiritual as well as the educational side, teaching from a CHRISTIAN worldview. They currently offer not only traditional classes, but online classes as well. Dual enrollment is offered online, as well as competitive sports through the Southern Christian Athletic Association which includes school from Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. The staff are great, The administration and school board are only concerned about what is best for the students. Former students from this school include business owners, law enforcement, many certified and mastered teachers, military participants, wonderful parents, and even pastors~! To say that you should consider your priorities when considering this school is the understatement of the century. Especially if you priority is to have Godly children who are successful not only in this life, but eternal life as well.
