All this school does is ask for money. Donate for this, give for that…. Give, give, give. Meanwhile, the community activities they plan are incredibly boring and tasteless. They seem to care only about rules and money. Whatever made this school special is no-longer the case. Avoid, enroll your kid somewhere else.

My daughter started here as a first grader, and is graduating from fifth this year. I've been consistently impressed by the quality of the teachers at Brooklyn Arbor, as well as with the participation of parents in the PTA. Everyone at Arbor--teachers, administration, parents--walks the walk when it comes to these kid's growth. Her teachers have not only challenged her, but have nurtured her in ways that have made her feel safe and cared for; the administration is forward thinking and very communicative; and the parents get involved how, where, and when they are needed to feel in any gaps.My daughter was originally accepted to a city-wide gifted school, but in the end I felt Brooklyn Arbor was the best fit to balance a love of learning, emotional support, and overall education. I'm so happy I followed my gut. My only regret is that Covid kept her from one last awesome year at this school. We'll miss Brooklyn Arbor!

We LOVE this school. The teachers and administration are amazing. It is an inclusive, warm environment. They have a strong commitment to health and wellness and i'm grateful to be part of the community.

The principal provides great leadership and the teachers have been top notch. They work to keep class sizes manageable. My daughter loves going to school there and while she finds the curriculum challenging, she is flourishing. There is involvement by the parents, a great sense of community and collaboration with teachers. Parents are invited to participate in the classrooms through Family Friday's. They spend time focusing on being good community members, resolving conflicts and stressing a growth mindset.

Love Brooklyn Arbor! My kids have had a great experience. Diversity, involved parents, caring teachers, all create a great explorative and learning atmosphere.

The reason why I give bad is there is favoritism in the school they favor the white families over the minorities they expect to much from the kids they treat them like there adults and speak to them in a disrespectful way My daughter goes to this school and all she complains about is the favoritism and the bullying that goes on in the school and when she tells the teachers nothing is done they tell the children to deal with it on there own. I'm thinking of taking my daughter out of this racist school.
