I didn’t not expect the power of a strong community and the impact that would have on our family and my children’s education. I’m grateful to know the families so well and have created life long friendships for our kids and family. Academically, the school is constantly evaluating itself and looking for ways to build a stronger education. The early education and primary teachers have been so strong and I’m looking forward to experiencing the new project lead the way middle school program in the coming years as well as the partnership of Catholic Memorial High school to help prepare our kids for high school. Thank you for setting the bar high and continuing to raise it, SJV!

We have been at SJV for 5 years. We absolutely love the community and all the teachers. Raising our children in a Catholic community that truly lives our faith was so important to us. We found that paired with top notch academic success and a wealth of enrichment opportunities at SJV! SJV leadership has been outstanding this year. We are so grateful to have found a school helping nurture students academically, spiritually, artistically, athletically and as future leaders in our community. The future is bright at SJV and all those who pass through it's doors.

Our family is now in our 4th year with SJV and we currently have two children attending with our third to start next school year. The growth I've seen my oldest son achieve during his K3-K5 years was incredible - both educationally but also social and emotionally. The teachers are amazing, dedicated and really care about each child. The community is exceptional with strong parent involvement in school and community events. SJV takes the time to make new families feel welcome and always available to answer questions or address concerns. Its a really special place. Even when my 6 year old son is feeling under-the-weather he still wants to get up and be at school.

3 stars for the good teachers.The majority of the teachers at this school are phenomenal, but there is high turnover.The leadership is not effective. They seem to be leaning more and more towards extreme wokeness and over-awareness to the point of over complication with children slipping through the cracks. Expect a great first impression that collapses when you really need them to do their job under weak leadership.The children develop a strong character because of the strong teachers that help them, if you have a weak teacher, your child will reflect that. There are no real learning programs for students with learning or developmental disabilities. If you are lucky to get one of those phenomenal teachers, they know how to help your child learn. If you have to depend on administration to help them, I'm sorry.My child was bullied in this school and nothing real was done, promises were made and not kept, assurances were made and not done. My child has physical scars from the attacks. It seems the bullying started when the bully's previous target left the school. The bully is still there and probably has another target already, because patterns.

Our children are learning, enjoy school, are well engaged, have friends and we are confident will be very well prepared for a top high school in Metro Milwaukee.

Overall, a mostly positive experience for my children over the years. They have all gone on well prepared for high school.

Awful. Do your family a favor and stick with Elmbrook public schools. Better education and major financial savings.
