They have a very Helpful staff, students are cheerful. I am happy my child is in this school. Such a great change to the school since they changed the Principal.

The school atmosphere is so loving. They have a new principal who demonstrates an ongoing effort to motivate her students. We look forward to more years ahead. This is what the school needed.

I attended St. Ann's School for ten years as part of their first pre-kindergarten class. Due to financial difficulties my parents could not afford to send me to a private high school, but the education I received truly prepped me for life. To this day as a young adult I reflect back on all my accomplisments in life and give great thanks to all the individuals who molded me into who I am today. The school was a blessing. It is saddening to see the negative reviews.

My daughter attends the school and I'm not pleased at all. The teaching is poor and the staff are rude and disrespectful. The secretary Ms. Flores is especially unpleasant and I can know longer deal with the school

I am so saddened by the reviews I'm reading. I graduated from St. Ann School a long time ago, in 1970. I have wonderful memories & got an outstanding education which more then prepared me for college. It was run by the Dominican Sisters then, I'm sure that the fact that there aren't any nuns left makes a big difference. They devoted their lives to teaching us.

St. Ann's would be great if there was a new principal. She doesn't let the students or teachers do anything to make the school better. She has to control everything and because of that nothing ever really gets done. She's cheap and doesn't fix or buy new things. Drinking fountains and sinks are broken. What is good are the teachers. They try hard and care about the kids.

I go to this school and there is lots of swearing and bullying. Some of the teachers don't really care about the students. There are only two outstanding teachers. These two teachers are enthusiastic about teaching the kids and actually enjoy being at work. The principal is to strict. She will come to the cafeteria and yell at kids when she could just address it in a subtle way. In the past there have been numerous fights were strict disciplinary action was needed. She would suspend people for a week but the people would come back the next day. The principal would be strict when its not needed and would not be strict when discipline is needed. This school is a horrible school to go to. your best bet is to go to another school.

This school is the worst school in the bronx. So sad that money was spent for a poor education. No extra help from the teachers. The Math teacher is the worst. Giving one star to this school is being nice!!!

TERRIBLE SCHOOL, JUST SEND YOUR CHILD TO ST.BRENDAN'S.. Much better education there, in fact, I attend there and am graduating this year. Our computer class is taught by my classmates mother so she knows whats going on and takes whatever we are doing and teaches us it in class.
