My kids absolutely loved the school and were heartbroken when they had to leave to go to a different school and fourth grade. Caring staff and teachers made it a safe learning home foe 4 years. We loved BGS, and my teens still talk about it fondly!

Great school with some really great teachers, very solid volunteer groups and a small school enviornment. Makes it special in my opinion.

Great school for my kids! The teachers are amazing and very dedicated- always putting students first. Great social emotional programming presented to the entire student body.

I think overall I have been very blessed with my students experience at BGS! I had two students go to BGS, and their achievements and growth there was beyond expectations.

I've had children in this school for 2 years now and we are very pleased! It's so nice to have a small grade school where the staff get to know your kids and your family. The staff members are regularly seen helping each other out and every time I've been present at the school I've seen/heard the principal and she is actively involved. It is apparent that the staff respect each other and communicate well with each other; whether it's the custodian, the principle, or the teachers. My kids started off with a few struggles academically and they have been involved in the programs to get extra help - their education has been tailored to them nicely. My children also have some medical complexities and the nurse and staff have taken the time to understand and follow through with all they've been asked to do. I also love how much parent involvement they encourage - we are able to volunteer and participate in many different capacities. I love knowing my kids feel welcome and safe at school and it is so apparent that the school staff all promote an exceptional love for learning, exploring and teamwork. We love this little grade school... quite the hidden gem!

Great small school feel at BGS. Kids are comfortable and parents feel welcomed! The teachers and staff are fantastic and make the school a great, safe place to start the early years of school. The low teacher/student class ratios are key to success for many students!
