This school is decent academically but is not a good environment.

The school is an all-around great school with great standards and values. The staff and teachers are actively engaged in the well-being of the students.

The teachers are lazy. Unless the student fits a particular mold they want very little to do with them. The leadership is ineffective at addressing these concerns despite numerous emails, phone calls and in person visits we were treated like nothing more than an annoyance. We removed our child from this school and transferred him/her to Millcreek Jr High. Total night and day difference. My child is fourishing under teachers and leadership that actually care for my child. We work with them to ensure all angles and needs are met. We often hear teachers asking for more involvement from the parents, at Bountiful Jr. you will need just the opposite, more involvement and commitment from teachers and staff. It’s truly unfortunate.

I love this school! I have personally talked to many of the teachers and experienced their teaching methods, there is no other school like it. This school is wonderful! It's easy to find your way around, and everyone is so willing to help. The teachers understand, and help you. :) The principal is wonderful, and isn't extremely strict. The honors classes are perfect, and if you want a good challenge, you can always find one. I really REALLY reccommend this school.
