the amount of different activities 7th and 8th students can join is much higher than any of the smaller schools in the area. Alongs with the usual sports options, Boone Middle School offers additional fine arts activities such as jazz band, swing choir, theatre and marching band, as well as extra-curricular STEM options and more! My son is especially excited for orchestra as he enters 5th grade!

If you want teachers that challenge students to exceed and use creative strategies that include 1 to 1 computer assisted instruction then you and your child will love BMS! Teachers handle discipline fairly and students are kind and caring.

As a teacher in this building, and a parent of a student who attends this school, I am lucky to see how teachers and staff work with students every day to help them grow into productive members of society.

This was my daughter's first year at BMS and the teachers and staff made it an easy transition for her having moved from out of state. They worked with her individual needs (she has dyslexia) and encouraged her and made her feel a part of the Boone family. I am happy she is receiving such a wonderful education and has the ability to be involved in so many activities.
