The learning atmosphere is very good, the teachers are serious and hard-working, and the competition among students makes their project exhibitions very exciting, just like professionals.

We are new to the area. My son came from a school with "10" rating. This school was all about work, discipline, and more work. Save that for the adult workforce. My child would say daily "I have school." Now he loves school. There is the right balance of learning, community involvement, and personal development. He never wants to go back to the elementary school where he spent his last 5 years.

We got out when the school leadership changed and the school started to go downhill. There are some good teachers here though.

I've been disappointed with the academics here. They don't have programs that are challenging for the more advanced students (at least not in third grade). We've also had an ongoing issue with bullying.
