The biggest problem with Eton Academy is that they cater to students with special needs (like ADHD) and yet they lack proper staffing to deal with these students. There is not even a psychologist or mental health counselor on staff. This is a huge gap.

The suspended my daughter for 2 days. Then 7. Then 11. For the same incident. They offered no support.

Our child has been at Eton Academy and it has changed their lives completely. Eton is a caring, thoughtful and supportive community. The school has made it possible for my child to thrive.

Our experience has been extremely positive. Eton academy looks at the whole child. They work closely with the parents to ensure that the work they do at school translates to outside of school. They meet my son where he is at and push him forward. Not a day goes by that I’m not grateful that’s son is able to attend Eton. It is the perfect place for him and every week we see progress.

Overall, Eton has been life-changing for us. I feel like Eton gave me my family back. Having two children with learning differences was, and still is, a major challenge, to say the least. But now, I truly have a partner Eton who has been with us guiding and encouraging both parents and students every step of the way.

There are not enough words to adequately express how amazing Eton Academy is as a school for different learners. I owe everything to Eton. My life would not be nearly as wonderful if it weren’t for Eton. I will always be grateful to Eton and all the dedicated people who work there to help students reach their full potential. I literally love and cherish Eton Academy!!

This was the best thing that we have ever done for our child. She is finally learning how to read and she is thriving. Public school just did not know how to teach her how to read. Eton is not perfect. But they strive in all that they do and they treat each child as an individual. Eton will work on ways to teach each child how they learn until they find the best fit. I have seen a vast improvement in my daughter socially and academically since we enrolled her a year ago and I must say, I pray to God that we never have to go back to public school again. Eton has been a blessing for her and there is just no way that I can properly articulate how Eton has changed our lives. If you have a child with a learning challenge, there is no better place than Eton! Wonderful teachers, staff and administrators who are all invested in the individual child.

All you have to do is read the incredible amount of positive reviews to see that the flagrant, slanderous reviews are incorrect (and repeats from one unhappy person). Greatschools.org allows people to shirk accountability for their words, which is a shame, since Eton Academy has helped myself and so many others. Bullying has never been an issue. See the school for yourself, and talk to other parents who have children in the school. There is no shortage of positive reviews and the person who continually attempts to slander really needs to get a grip.

Unacceptable and expensive and disappointing. It created problems that my child never had. They are too busy creating a story of turning certain students around to look at the truth. If they did, they could he a great school.

Overall it's very terrible. We spent so much money and had to deal with bullying all the time.

Life changing. Our daughter went from withdrawn and/or acting out and getting passed by in school, to an enthusiastic part of the school community. Passing her goals academically as well as personally. The entire family is different... better.

I would rate Eton a 10++. Ask yourself how much you spend supplementing your child with tutors, doctor appointments to figure out "what is wrong?" The amount of time you take off work because "he's sick"? That all goes away....Eton gets it, they know what your child needs and there is nothing "wrong" with your child. My son has his confidence back, has become a leader, plays sports again. Most of all he is embracing his differences! Eton has changed his life and ours!Kudos to all our teachers at Eton!Lisa Ferrari and Jim Kuchman (Proud Parents of Cole Kuchman)

Eton Academy has been a life preserver amidst incredibly rocky academic seas. My family and I came to Eton at a very low point for my daughter academically. She was performing at least 3 grades below her grade level in some areas. She'd been to private schools, public schools that were supposedly equipped with superior special education classes due to funding and grants, she'd had copious tutors, summer schooling....you name it, we'd done it all and NOTHING was working. Not only was our daughter failing in classes, but as parents, we felt like we were failing our daughter. Eton came as a recommendation from a couple of friends who'd had children attend Eton with very successful results. We'd heard of Eton, but always assumed that our daughter didn't need "that kind" of academic support. We were wrong! We enrolled her in 7th grade and it was like almost immediately the dark cloud that had settled in over her was lifted. I know that this may sound dramatic, but it was true. We immediately knew that she was in good hands. The teachers and other academic support staff are phenomenal! They know their stuff. Within the first two months of being there, we could see her confidence building. We always knew that she was a smart and capable child, but now she was beginning to believe it as well. We are in our third year and Eton and our daughter is now in the 9th grade. She is not the same child that entered Eton's doors. The once shy and introverted kid is now advocating for herself and has emerged as a leader in her classes and most important to her...she has FRIENDS!!!! Friends that she goes to the mall with on the weekends and they do, in her words, "normal cool teen stuff" like shopping and going out to lunch (which involves keeping track of their money). This is quite a feat for a girl who has always viewed math as her nemesis. Eton has not only taught her strategies to overcome her learning challenges, but they have helped with her self esteem and confidence. We are now having conversations about college and career choices after college. Eton has been worth every single penny we've paid and plan to pay going forward. We look at Eton as an investment in our child. The skills and strategies that she's learning now, she will forever use throughout her life in every setting that she's in: social, college and her workplace.

This is our 4th year at Eton Academy. The difference it has made in not only my sons life but our whole families lives is incredible. Prior to Eton he was at a public school, with an IEP, a tutor, math support, reading support, occupational therapy and speech therapy for four years. On the last day of our first year at Eton I sat in the parking lot and cried because I couldn't believe that he was able to come farther in one year at Eton than all the previous years elsewhere. Eton had been recommended to us when he was in kindergarten, looking back, I wish I had enrolled him sooner. The teachers and staff are caring and wonderful at working with your children. They have the patience needed to teach them strategies to learn I have a happy, confident seventh grader who loves his school and he is thriving every aspect. I could not even begin to imagine life without Eton Academy.

I may sound overly dramatic to say a school saved our family's life, but Eton did! Our daughter was struggling socially and academically at public school and headed for trouble. At Eton she has blossomed into the kid we knew she could be. Academically, she has been taught strategies that have helped her be successful in the classroom. This success has led her to greater confidence in herself and a leader within the school. When your child feels good about themselves anything is possible, that is what we have found at Eton.

I can not say enough as a parent how much Eton has changed our lives. My son has struggled with his Dyslexia and it truly affected his confidence. We tried so many different tutoring centers, therapies with no help. Eton Academy takes pride in helping each child learn to use tools that will enable him to succeed. I have worked with children my entire career and have never met a staff that cares for the students and strives to have them feel happy, safe, confident and have academic success. I can not even describe the weight that has lifted from my shoulders. I am watching my child actually come home and read a book versus playing on his Ipad! The school has also been so intuitive and have placed him in a Math class that matches his abilities. He attends Math with older students and is so proud of his strengths. Eton will enable my son to succeed and I will always be so grateful. I truly encourage parents to their intuition if their child struggles with learning. Please take it from my heart that I wish I had placed my son at Eton earlier and avoided years of struggles and feeling a sense of no direction.
