Honestly the worst. Do you and your kid a favor and find somewhere else in Austin for them.

Williams Kindergarten was excellent. Ms. Deason is a fantastic teacher. My child started the year unable to read a sentence and finished reading small chapter books. The school teaches kindness and challenges the students. During COVID, parents weren't allowed on campus and masks were required. Our child reported practicing multiple drills. We felt as safe as can be at this school. Lunches and snacks were provided, and there's an after care program available until 6 pm. The kids loved each other and played well outside class. The other parents were also lovely. We feel lucky for such a good year.

Williams is restructuring the early childhood program to facilitate vertical alignment and collaboration among teachers and parents. The school is opening a prekindergarten three year old program. It is also starting a two way dual language program for prekindergarten four, kinder, and first, grade.

This is a great school! Such experienced and caring teachers! It is welcoming to all students and families. With all the new upgrades to the building it makes it warm and inviting!

My child attends Williams Elementary and this school is the worst. Is sad that when something is going on and you bring it to the there attention. The principal gets up set. Then starts to find anything to say that my child is doing wrong. This school needs a new principal. One who will get involved. Not someone just to be there to collect a paycheck.

Williams Elementary has been my family's home away from home for the past 12 years. The administrators, teachers, staff, and volunteers make Williams the caring school it is today. The events and community envolvment over the years have left warm memories for my children to look back on in their lives and charish.

Terrible teachers and administration. This is a disadvantaged neighborhood and the quality of the school is very important for our kids to have a chance in life.

My children will be attending their second school year at Williams late August. And let me tell you that their first year there was AMAZING. The staff and teachers over exceeded my expectations. I feel proud and blessed to have had tge experience i did with them. They expect so much of the children but expect a lot more of themselves to help the kids reach beyond expectations. I am really excited for this coming school year and i am hoping that the next teachers are at least half as good as mrs. Deason and mrs. Gould!!!!
