Truly an amazing school. The principal is very involved and is well loved by teachers , students and parents. My children go to school happy and excited. They are learning and thriving both socially and academically. There are a lot of opportunities for parents to be involved and the PTCO is doing any amazing job in organizing fun events for the kids. I couldn’t ask for more.

We are very impressed with Sagebrush as a school for our children. Both of our kids are growing into well-rounded, diversified, socialized individuals with good values and work ethic. The staff cares about the kids of the school and provides intervention, extra help, and kid-friendly emotional support.

Our experience at Sagebrush has been great! The teachers have been wonderful, the administration has been communicative, and there is becoming an established community of supporters for the school.

I am enjoying this school and the new principal. My daughter loves all her teachers & actually likes going to school. I appreciate the PTCO and all that they do. I would give the school a 4 out of 5. I do wish they offered outside school sports.

This is our 6th year at Sagebrush with 4 and a half years still ahead of us. We’ve had some ups and downs with this school in years past, but as a parent I have never been more excited about the school’s future. We have a new Principal this year who seems to be really digging his heels in making changes, adding programs and engaged with students, staff and parents. There is a different feel this year and I see it only getting better. The Teachers my kids have had over the years have been supportive, encouraging and quickly learned their personalities and individually qualities to support their learning. I have become involved with the PTCO group and met a welcoming and motivated group of parents. Together we have been focusing on creating a supportive school community with the families of Sagebrush.

I am not going to lie - I tried to get into Indian Ridge - which is where I went to as a kiddo! Sagebrush has always gotten a bad rap - but I am so happy I sent my kid there! She loves it there and everyone is so kind and helpful!! I promise this school is great and they are working so hard on issues that come up and to be an amazing school! The new principal will help!!

I’m glad we stuck it out! Last year was our first year at Sagebrush and the Principal was awful. That trickled down to the teachers and students. Our new Principal, Chris Powell is a great leader and has a wonderful vision for the school. Teachers and students are much happier. I’m excited to see this school turn around! The PTCO is also doing amazing things for the students and school! Don’t let the test scores fool you. I’m certain with happier teachers and kids that will be changing!

My child received zero support and encouragement. My child attended K-2 and made no progress. After just months at a new school my child made great progress. The bullying at this school is extensive and they do nothing to stop or prevent it. They have nothing as far as programs like band, choir, clubs out anything of that nature offered. It's clear this school just does the bare minimum to get by.

We have been coming to this school for 5 years now and am very pleased with our children's education. The teachers have been amazing and the staff have been welcoming since day one. Our teachers have recognized when the kids may need some extra help or extra challenge in the classroom.

My son was struggling with reading in 1st grade and his teacher was quick to just give up on him instead of doing one on one with him. She recommended to me putting him in special ed because she didn't want to deal with him anymore. This was a horrible experience for my son and myself! He will be leaving this school after the school year is over!

Sagebrush has been a great school for my twins. We had some doubts with the kindergarten teachers but this year has been much better. The school is a good community in spite of some of the mean PTCO moms. Wide group of kids who really seems to watch out for each other no mater the age. We really enjoy the school events. The cultural fair and dance were really fun. The principals are great and know my kids by name...not because they are bad but because they care. Very happy here.

When my son started here in 3rd grade this school was amazing. He has Autism and the teacher he has was wonderful. 4th grade she left but everything was still ok. 5th grade he started slipping and when I started asking for them to do assessments and get help, their attitude changed. The principal is THE rudest, most condescending principal I've ever met. So, after he got in school suspension twice for doing the same things that had been going on since 3rd grade (he didn't even know what that was), we took him out and put him in an amazing school close by. Indian Ridge is amazing and so welcoming.WOW! I just read the other reviews and I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks the principal here at Sagebrush is HORRIBLE! I wish I could speak to the other parents (especially the one filing the lawsuit). I HATE that I allowed my son to suffer through this when he would have done so much better where he is now!

We just started school here this year, and have been super impressed with the teachers and staff in general. My daughter absolutely loves school.

My kids are in this school and all three of them are doing great. I do not understand why people want to talk to the Principal when your child have a classroom teacher. Do you attend the conferences to get a report about your child? Do you spend time with your child after school to see what they did and find out if he/she understand what was taught? I ask my Kids everyday, do you have homework? When is it due? what are you struggling with? Why is it so difficult for you to understand it? My daughter struggles with Maths, she and the other kid spend 45 minutes every Wednesday after school with a Maths teacher free of charge. I love Sagebrush.

My son is in the third grade and his grades are starting to suffer. He was doing swell up until the new principle, Toliver, arrived last year. Last year the principle smiled and said whatever it took to make you believe that she cared. This year, she won't return many of the parents calls and only reaches out when your child might be affecting her numbers. I have called multiple times with concerns and have tried to address them with the teachers, needless to say nothing has been resolved, my son is feeling like he's not good enough so we are now forced to follow the steps of a few before us, this year alone, and transfer my son to a school that hopefully has a principle that does more than ignore the same people that her job depends on.
