We had a wonderful experience at Hanover Academy - our daughter truly enjoyed her experience here, from the administration, teachers and other students it was a very nurturing and loving environment. The class sizes are small and the teachers are very involved in the success of the children. It's easy to reach the teachers and administration if you have any questions, and everyone truly has the kids best interests at heart. They are incredibly flexible with your needs, and try to create a good balance of academics and fun. We feel very fortunate that she attended this school.

Our children have attended the PK program at Hanover Academy for over two years. The leadership and teachers have demonstrated their core values each day through support and instruction. HA is truly family centered, understanding the benefits of including family as often as possible and becoming an extension of our own family. We are thankful for all that HA has instilled in our children as they begin their academic journey

Our daughter has blossomed at Hanover Academy. The small class sizes allow for lots of personal attention by caring, wonderful teachers. She is challenged and inspired academically while feeling safe to explore her interests, and she absolutely loves it. Of all the many blessings Hanover Academy has given our daughter, learning to love learning is my favorite of all. Thank you to everyone involved in Hanover Academy!

Hanover Academy provided just the right environment for my child to succeed in his education. A good student, he wasn't thriving in public school as we would have wished. He attended Hanover Academy for two years and transitioned very well back into the public high school environment with the knowledge and confidence his years at Hanover Academy helped to nurture and develop.

My daughter went to Hanover Academy for 8 years. The school gave her a great foundation to succeed in life. It taught her to love learning and to believe in her own individual gifts. She tranistioned to public school very well and ended up with several scholarships for college. I credit Hanover Academy and its personal and family oriented atmosphere for helping her find her sense of self and to always love to learn.

At first glance, this school seems charming and home-like with the administration talking about it's history, small class sizes, and one-of-a-kind learning experience but all of that is just to lure you into the school and you will soon see the grim reality that the office tries to hide from parents. Small class sizes? The biggest class in the school has 5 children, that small of a class size seems detrimental to socialization. The school has obvious financial problems, so bad that even the smallest problems are ignored. The employees are kind but the office staff is way too involved in the personal business of parents. It is obvious that the doors to this school are halfway closed and it is for the very best - a school in this kind of shape should not be open for young children to be in.

Small class sizes and a family environment. My daughter has been a student at Hanover for almost one year. She loves her teachers and classmates. I was impressed with the fact that her teacher paid enough attention to my child to recognize her gifts and areas of improvement.

Our first grader is getting such a great education and we have complete confidence that he is always treated with respect by the school community. My husband and I are grateful for the amazing staff, the nurturing environment, and the individualized curriculum level. The positive discipline is reflected in the respect students show to each other and visiting adults. It is truly impressive!

Our middle school child has been attending since Pre-K. The individual attention and small class size allow him to be challenged and he is performing above grade level. The children develop leadership skills and there is a strong community of committed teachers, parents and staff. We could not be more pleased with the education he is receiving.

If your child needs extra attention due to behavior problems or can't keep up with the schoolwork in public school.......this is the school for you.

My child went there. School trips? They crammed children into backs of vehicles without seats or seatbelts! Never asked for volunteers. School van was not working more than half the time. Science tests came from 4-5 questions in the outlined block from the back of each chapter! If a student had one or more siblings there, their behavior was overlooked due to money. The teachers were great then, but the Headmistress had an ego, even the teachers said so. I would like to say that what I experienced with the pre-school children were great. But, my child was not one of them.
