    it’s a no for me. if your not rich white and republican you will not fit in. they don’t do much about bulling and don’t help kids that need different learning plans.

    Rivendell is an extraordinarily caring and creative community. Each child is known and encouraged in their giftings.

    Excellent Program K-8. Small class sizes (~16/class) Every student is known by teachers and Headmaster. (In fact, Headmaster regularly greeted my youngest children by name before they were old enough for kindergarten) Strong emphasis on parental involvement (so not for everyone) but you will quickly know the families of each of your children's classmates. Solid academics - includes Latin. School is Christ-centered and welcoming. (Yes the school name comes from Lord of the Rings)
