Being Horrified by Sage’s story. Feel sad.

This is a great school. The administration has worked hard over the past few years to truly make this an academic excellent school. The teachers work hard and have high expectations of the students. There are rules and there are consequences and there are standards. I am personnally glad to know the staff have the safety of my children, two who attend this school, as a top priority. I would highly recommend this high school and this school division to anyone looking for a great school in a rural setting.

The assistant principal sat in his parked car waiting for students to arrive to school. He parked on the back row, where my daughter parks and proceeded to tell her to leave her car before she had finished her breakfast. He tapped on her closed window and told her that her parking privileges would be revoked if she did not leave her car. School does not start until 8:10 in the morning and she was told to enter the school at 7:50, when the student handbook says she should not exit her car until 7:55. I am very disappointed in Appomattox County, for hiring this horrible excuse of an assistant principal. He should be focusing on more important things, and not being obsessed when students leave their vehicles
