    Both my children LOVE this school, and I really think that says it all. As a parent, I believe that it is imperative that my children learn not only how to compete in the academic world, but also how to be a good person and how to contribute positively in society. I really believe that the staff at South School focuses on the "Whole Child." In today's cookie cutter "Common Core" curriculum, it is refreshing and quite amazing that this school seems to do it all.

    Overall, South School is a superior school with exceptional teachers and administrators. The students and parents rave about the learning environment, caring community, and high academic achievement. Parents will go as far as moving houses, even within the Town of Andover, to have their children attend South. The Great Schools rating system is severely flawed when a school like South has a 5/6 rating and I would caution anyone from relying on these ratings to determine where it is best to send your children to school.
