    This school has great staff and students. The staff works hard to ensure success with EVERY student that walks through the doors!

    I really depend on the adults that are going to be around my son, to be calm, nurturing, understanding, and above average. My son's teacher is amazing, but the secretary of the school (the first person you meet upon entering the school) is not nice by ANY means. She is rude and gets an attitude upon any kind of disagreement, (not argument, disagreement). I had an issue with something, and rather than explaining to me that she didn't hold the authority to change the circumstances at hand, she got an attitude and seemed appalled that I even thought there could be anything different! Then I was lead to meet my son's teacher, and she just dropped me off in the hallway, didn't introduce us and let me know that when I was finished talking with the teacher where to head to leave the building or what was expected of me from that point on... she just walked away. Even the teacher commented on her action and said it was odd of her to do that... First impressions are hard to change, and with her representing a school and being the first person to speak with- things need to be changed.
