- Submitted by parent on October 21, 2010The new staff from administrative to teachers, aides and all support departments have made such a significant difference to all the students from Middle through to High School at Alexander! I am the proud parent of one of the High School teachers there, and although I may be "prejudice" due to my relationship, I think the new flux of younger staff is exhilarating---they bring in fresh ideas, are full of energy, and spread this amongst their students. Our younger staff today is so much more educated in all the needs of young students, today. I hate to disagree with one of the former student teachers who posted here, but we need young and fresh teachers! Just look at the work force outside the school system--young people everywhere graduating from prestigous colleges all over WNY areas and working in today's work force. Where have you been, I have to wonder?
