I have sent both of my children to Notre Dame. Many of these reviews are old and do not reflect the current administration. It was money well spent and I would do it again. We made many lasting friendships with the parents and teachers. Both children did very well in college, i credit their Catholic education. I always tell the nay sayers, "when you find the perfect school let me know" I am still waiting.....

As a former student, I can attest to the regular verbal abuse and bullying that goes on in this school. Parents, save yourself the money and send your children to the nearest public school. Notre Dame is not authentically Christian in any respect. Nepotism is not only present, but encouraged. Shame on the administration for promoting bullying and ostracism. They're in it for the money.

I am writing this review as an education professional with over 35 years of experience in Catholic schools with more than 25 of those years in administration either as a school president or school principal. Currently, I am educational consultant nationwide from MA to HI. I work with 145 schools and Notre Dame is one of the schools in my portfolio. I have been impressed with the environment, teachers, and students at Notre Dame. The community is welcoming and the teachers consistently work to improve the quality of education. I have been at the school several times working with teachers, administrators and families. The commitment to quality education is evident as is the feeling of acceptance. The school energy is infectious. The schools in my portfolio are diverse: large, small, affluent, blue color, IB, AP, Second Chance, urban, suburban and rural, Catholic, Other Christian, and Non-sectarian. Notre Dame is exceptional in the attention to students, the Catholic mission, and the ability to know students and to encourage their gifts. As far as academics, the proof is in the pudding. Good pudding is found here! Check them out. You won't be disappointed.

There are three groups of children who are of the protected class at NDHS: the very wealthy, the very athletic, or the student with extremely high grades. Nepotism is high on the list at ND; the bully is rewarded and good kids not part of the protected class are dissed; our child was called an idiot on several occasions by a teacher; the school's Catholic identity is of the secular variety; morale is at an all-time low among both staff and students; the administration ignores problems, refusing to deal with them; and money is the only thing that speaks loud enough to get their attention. (I could go on, and on, and on) Register at your own risk. We're transferring our daughter to the local public school next year & her younger brother will join her when he's old enough.

Top notch in every aspect... This school produces leaders and very successful people in our community and across the globe.

I attended ND as did my children and now my Grandchildren and truly I am disgusted with the treatment some teens are receiving at that school. There are two sets of rules,depending who you are and how some of the things are being handled. The leadership in the school is not for all the students and when approached the truth is not told it is sidelined. What happened to the Christian values of our children and treating everyone as an equal. Shame on the Principle and VP at ND
