Dinner is waiting for you on the kitchen island and you see your reflection on a newer high end stainless steel refrigerator while walking through a light and bright kitchen with white cabinets and granite countertops. You grab your dinner and head to the dining room with high vaulted ceilings and marvelous modern light fixture. After you are done with the dinner, you grab your coffee and go on the porch to watch the sunset and start to reminisce about your vacation that you took last summer. As the night draws in, you grab a book and nestle in by the fireplace.On the weekend you invite your friends for barbeque on the beautiful large maintenance free deck. You are enjoying their company, while your furry friend runs around fully fenced-in yard. Later, you invite your friends to play pool in the finished basement with high ceilings and separate large storage room. Once your friends leave, you go upstairs and take a warm bath in the large soaking tub and then rinse off in the beautifully updated shower.You take a long shower, knowing that one year old water heater will keep water hot for a long time. After brushing teeth in one of the double sinks in the bathroom, you retire to a king size bed in your master bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. The day is over and you feel like a king. It started to rain outside, but you are sleeping peacefully, knowing that a one year old roof will hold strong rain away from you. Welcome Home!
