We love Innocademy! Our extrovert oldest and our introvert middle child both attended the Spanish immersion program (and our youngest will attend one day as well). Despite our children’s very different learning styles, personalities, and educational needs, they both loved their experience and thrived at Innocademy. As a parent, I greatly appreciated the administrations superb communication (weekly emailed blog updates!), as well as the teachers’ responsiveness and their deep level of care for each student. We’ve also loved the project-based teaching model, the field trips, and the time outdoors. The year-round model is the right way to go: neither of our kids struggled with being bored during the summer or with forgetting any relevant material, and the balanced breaks throughout the year always came at just the right times, allowing our kids to always be at their best and most rested for school. Inno is a fantastic school and we love it!

My kid has gotten kicked out multiple times cause she has depression and they continue to say it's for safety even if she's having a good day this school doesn't care for support and tresting my kid like a prisoner they make her go through her bag every Day she not a violent person she's never hurt anyone

Innoacademy has been amazing for my child, who’s been there for four years now. As a parent of an anxious kid, I’m so thankful for the teachers and staff who always go above and beyond to support her. They communicate really well with each other, making sure transitions between grades are smooth and that her future teachers and aides know how to help her succeed.I also love how the school’s core values of being resilient, respectful, responsible, and safe are woven into the kids’ daily routines. They’re not just rules on paper—students discuss them regularly, reflect on them as part of their personal goals throughout the year, and talk about them in parent-teacher conferences. These values help build confidence and shape respectful, responsible kids.I really appreciate how older students help out younger ones, whether it’s during afternoon pick-up or by reading to the younger classrooms. It’s a small school, but they’re building a strong community across all grades, which I see as such a great way to raise helpful, compassionate kids.With the balanced schedule and frequent breaks, it all works perfectly for our family. We couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Personally as a mom of a 13 year old dog with autism and a math disorder this school is not a great fit for kids like that, they don't support 504 plans and no matter how many times I report it they find a way to get out of it, the 7th grade math teacher has made my daughter give in her headphones even though she has a 504 plan on it, he says "it's not vaild" which a 504 plan is a legal document.The school is small classes but it's an open wall classrooms so no walls which is easy for a shooter to see in, they don't have valid reasons for people with speak needs since everywhere is loud which can really trigger some kids.Overall if your kid has special needs or anything like that this school is not for them.

Inno is an amazing school with GREAT teachers! The smaller class sizes and the Spanish immersion program give students the opportunity to develop close relationships and establish a strong healthy world view!

Unless your white, cis hetero and not disabled run. Do not go to this school. It is west MI nice to the MAX with swirling ableism, racism and homophobia stemming from the majority of teachers unwilling to address their own biased perspectives.
