This is our first year at CHES. We have two kids who currently attend. I am blown away by the dedication of the teachers and the principal. Parent involvement is also very high. The programs offered by the school are phenomenal as well. CHES is a GREAT school and I would recommend it to any one.

I love this school, top notch, had one of my sons' moved here for a special day class after a horrible experience at another nearby school. The teacher was really engaged, really motivated and helped to reverse the distaste my son had for school. The school itself is very clean and orderly, has fences all around and beautiful scenery I feel very little concern with the well being of my son there. The principal is fantastic, very involved with everything that goes on with the school and there is always something going on there. I recommend this school to everyone in the area that I come to meet that is looking for a school for their child.

I find it very interesting the post on November 5, 2012 about bullying was removed...what's the use of honest input if it is just going to be ignored because it was negative? Parents have the right to know the truth, good or bad so they can make a good choice for their children. Removing a truthful negative comment does not make the bullying go away.

Chapman Heights is a Great School. We have started our second year and have had the most amazing teachers. Mrs Madrid who teaches 1st grade is the most incredible teacher, I have 5 kids so I know what a good teacher really is. The principal is very involved with all the kids and has such an excellent, inspiring and happy attitude. You can tell he really cares about the kids. The office staff are great as well, they are helpful and caring. The only problem experienced, like most schools, is the PTSA is very clickish. If your not one of the "in-crowd" you have less chances of being as involved as you'd like, then you just stop going to meetings. I volunteer more in classrooms and other areas besides PTSA because of it.
