This school has a terrible bullying policy. They claim to be zero tolerance however when my son tried to take his life due to the intense bullying they refused to move him to a different team. The school has three teams blue yellow and red and they stay in these teams all three years. I expressed the urgency for change, their response was that they saw a benefit to his character to remain on the same team and over come this hardship. So we are hoping to make it the last for months of this school year then We will be moving out of the school district. Do not send your kids to school here.

This perspective is coming from someone in red community I can not vouch for the other community’s. As a former student the way they split up the community’s did not work for me. Since it was such a tight knit “community” Klicks were formed, and they were solidified by the lack of introduction to new kids. It allowed for small groups and individual students to be excluded and verbally harassed. Often times, those kids would end up being the ones persecuted because the teachers did not put enough effort into investigating student conflicts. If the kid who plays on a lacrosse team had a problem with the kid who fidgets in class and has a hard time grasping math then the kid who didn’t play sports would almost always be blamed. There was extreme bias that was not only displayed by the students, but was also enforced by the teachers. If your child has trouble learning in a traditional way, has ADHD, is LGBTQ, or has any sort to mood disorder. DO NOT send them here. In my experience the reason the academic performance is so “good” here is because the kids are out under immense pressure to “academically achieve” , and in some cases are shamed in front of their peers for not being able to meet the criteria.

All three of my children have excelled in the new school, the teachers are GREAT! I am extremely happy with all that goes on from all.
