During my seven years at the T.E.C. School, I have found it to be an enriching experience on both personal and professional levels. The school's commitment to academic excellence, character development, and community engagement creates a vibrant and fulfilling learning environment, benefiting both students and teachers. An emphasis on grace and courtesy permeates the classrooms. Teachers discuss and demonstrate good behavior and older students are encouraged to act as role models for their younger peers. The school's focus on character development, alongside academic achievement, prepares students to become well-rounded individuals who are ready to contribute positively to society. The use of Montessori materials and the Montessori teaching method creates an environment that is conducive to learning, exploration and imagination. Students work at their own pace while being held to high academic standards. Students also learn how to work on collaborative projects, which foster teamwork and cooperation. The individualized approach to learning enables students to develop independence, critical thinking skills, a love of learning.and a strong sense of self. I am proud to be a part of this supportive community

The school of absolutely fantastic. It follows the principles of a Montessori School perfectly. At its score it is based around a science focused curriculum. It helps children think independently, creatively and focus on a solution-based approach.

I have worked at numerous Montessori schools, and the TEC SchoolsThink Explore Create is by far the best experience I’ve ever had as an educator. From the stellar curriculum, to the experienced teachers and amazing leadership team, this school provides the most supportive and dynamic learning environment for children of all ages. Here families find a welcoming and supportive community where we work together in partnership to ensure that every child thrives. For our students, every day is a success story!

This is the second year my son has attended T.E.C last year he was in the 2.9-6 year old children’s house and this year as a 1st grader in the 1st-3rd grade classroom. The staff is patient, kind, positive and understanding. They instill confidence in every student which helps the students thrive to be the best versions of themselves. The Montessori curriculum is beneficial in the growth of child development. It prepares children in a well balanced manner. The teachers give the children a sense of community, encouragement with their individual work in academics, life skills, emotional regulation and teamwork. My son struggled with some areas of his academics, but with the staff and administration’s experience, hard work, communication and dedication he has shown significant progress. They have helped him navigate thru his shortcomings all while giving him the confidence and positive reinforcement to believe in himself and succeed at anything he puts his mind to. My son’s education and his ability to achieve and progress in areas where he previously struggled are all thanks to the entire staff at T.E.CT.E.C is not just a school it’s a community and family.

From our perspective, you could not make a better decision. I could write at length about the many reasons why, but for the sake of your time, let me tell you a quick story. Our son, who will be seven in March, is a fairly typical kid. He has always been a sociable and sweet child, but sometimes he lacks focus and, of course, prefers playing games (especially the dreaded videogames…) at home rather than pursuing educational or cultural interests. Imagine, then, our surprise and delight when he explicitly requested to go to the Museum of Art during winter break this year, happy to take his sketchbook and pencil and draw from the inspiration there. With the holidays and family visits, it was difficult for us to squeeze it in, but we made sure to do so. And he was our own little docent. He walked us from room to room, pointing out what he had seen when the school had made their visits together there. He sat on the floor a couple of times, and did his very best to represent what he saw in two or three specific paintings. He led his grandparents into rooms he had not been in before and they explored quietly together. In short, he helped us to appreciate the museum as much as he has with his teachers and friends. We decided that we would make monthly trips to various museums part of our 2024 resolutions. He wants to go to the EcoTarium. He wants to go to the Children’s Museum in Boston. He wants to go to the Dr. Seuss Museum in Springfield. He wants to explore the world, at least our part of it here. This school has fostered an inquisitiveness in our little boy, a joy in getting out and seeking adventures beyond the doors of our house. It has also fostered confidence and independence. The faculty and staff have always provided a warm, encouraging environment for him to thrive in: classrooms in which he learns what all children his age should be learning in school — reading, writing, mathematics, the basics of science — but also where he learns how to give himself direction, how to help others, how to make and develop new friendships, how to find and explore more specific academic interests and delve into them on his own. We could not be happier that he is a student here.

Attending this wonderful school has been a transformative experience for my child. In just a few short weeks, everyone in my family and circle of friends commented on the positive changes. Every single morning, the highly qualified team of teachers come up with a work plan for each individual student which builds their interest in learning, teaches independance and boosts their confidence levels. It also allows each child to learn at their own pace. The mixed-age classrooms on the other hand, allow my child to interact with children in younger and older age groups and encourages the development of social skills in a unique way. I highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a montessori education for their children.

Would not recommend. My child was bullied here, and the principal/owner did nothing to address

TEC showcases the principles of Montessori education to perfection. Think, Explore, Create is not just a name but a practice, every single day my child is at this terrific school. The positive changes I have observed in my daughter's personality as well as her academic and social development since she started attending TEC, are simply astounding and everyone in my circle of family and friends is amazed by this transformation. I cannot thank the staff at TEC, especially the Pricipal Mrs Rupali Sharma, enough for all their hard work and dedication to shaping young minds and bright futures. Keep it up TEC !

I wish I had attended a school like this when I was growing up! The staff are fantastic and responsive, and the teachers are wonderful at igniting a spark of joy and curiosity in students. My daughter has developed a lot of self-confidence, has started interacting with children older than her and has started asking questions. Highly recommend

Each day I thank God our family found The T.E.C. School for my grandchild’s education. Director Rupauli Sharma and her entire teaching staff go well over and beyond to bring out the individual learning pattern for each child. If you are looking for a safe classroom environment where your child is encouraged, inspired and challenged then look no further. Without reservation I highly recommend The T.E.C. School.

The T.E.C. School, the school's founder, Rupali Sharma and the Montessori method of teaching are a gift to the children in and around the city of Worcester. Mrs. Sharma, along with her core staff have mastered the art of teaching to the individual, bringing out the absolute best in each and every student including our son. Throughout our 6 years and counting at The T.E.C. School my husband and I have watched the staff mold his mind, body and soul into a well versed, well cultured, well mannered, well rounded, well taught young man. His father and I are grateful of the education and respect the staff has given our son, their teachings go well beyond the classroom and are in our opinion, priceless. A T.E.C. education allows you and your child the opportunity to dream, dream big. T.E.C. is a window to the world and they are preparing each child with the wings to soar. The core staff previously mentioned is backed by the "specials" teachers who are always a collection of the best Central Mass has to offer...a full bodied line up of experts in music, instruments, the arts, animation, science, foreign language, robotics, computer work and even chess to name a few. The ability to curate just the right specialists for the school is simply one of Mrs. Sharma's many incredible talents. We are forever in awe of her leadership. If you are in the market for a "true" school, look no further. A Montessori education at the T.E.C. School is what learning should be, in the environment every child deserves.

Both my children thrive at the TEC school, learning well and making friends. The teachers are kind and respectful of the kids' unique paths to learning, celebrating their differences and promoting their strengths. Children are encouraged to be independent in their studies, as well as to work together.

In a world where little children are pressurised and stressed out by constant testing, missing recess etc T.E.C stands out like a beacon. It has an almost Waldorf approach which is wonderful. Here are some of the highlights from my experience: 1) small teacher to student ratio 2) all teachers have higher education in early childhood development 3) specialised attention for each child based on their needs 4) learning through alternative means such as making sculptures, science experiments etc5) technology classes so kids keep up with the rapidly evolving world6) many outings to the nearby institute park and art museum 7) a homey comfortable feel allows a safe space for children to develop and experiment Our child has undiagnosed special needs and has thrived in this place, I cannot thank God enough that we found T.E.C

This school and particularly the "principal" are just bad, bad, bad. My daughter is terrified of going to this school. There are a couple of bully kids in my daughter's kindergarten class, and the "principal"/owner acknowledges the existence of these bullies, but has completely pretended that "that other child has been dealt with", yet clearly nothing at all has been done or changed about these bully kids. My daughter cries and cries to not be forced to go to this school. The entire scheme of this school is self-promotion, like you were watching a promotional commercial to try to obtain more students for this "school" which doesn't have enough students to make a profit. It's a sad day when your school is so tiny that you rent space in the basement of a church to pretend you have a "school", and there just aren't enough students paying to make ends meet. That's what is going on with this tiny school.

The lower elementary program is terrific. The upper elementary program is a disaster. Inconsistent teachers and too much interference by the administration. The administration is so busy keeping their teachers from doing their job they can even organize the school. Late notices informing parents of changes with programs. No information offered on significant programmatic changes (teachers leaving) and no ability to have honest communication. Such importance is being placed on performance by the administration that children feel bullied into being anything other than themselves.

This school has a very big iceburg. The teachers have bias, the staffing is bad, and they have too many fake reviews!

One silver lining with COVID is that we got to return to TEC even though we live 500 miles away. We loved TEC when we lived in MA, and we love TEC Connect from DC! The Montessori experience combined with the rigorous STEAM curriculum is exactly what our daughter needs. The teachers are fantastic, engaging, and dedicated to seeing the students enjoy learning and succeed. The assignments are well planned, challenging, and fun. From writing her own poetry, reciting poems, and using graphic design to craft her poetry book, to scripting and performing a shadow puppet play online, to collecting data and using Scratch to program a model of a supermoon lunar eclipse -- these are just some of the projects she has done at TEC this year. At TEC Connect, we are not worried she is falling behind during these uncertain times. Our daughter is thriving.

This school provides a wonderful, hands-on learning environment with a Montessori curriculum. The educators are caring and and extremely communicative. They care so much about every individual student and their development. My son loves his schools days. He is a sensory and science lover who has discovered his love of the arts at this amazing school. His confidence and academic achievement have soared.

The teachers genuinely care about each student. Curriculum is based on Montessori, but built to include so much more. Lots of emphasis on STEM and it is woven into the curriculum.
