I liked the teachers when I attended, and the people were effective to the community. They had chapel every Wednesday which was beneficial to the children and teenagers attending Christ Covenant School! I would recommend for middle school.

I have three children who have attended CCS for over 6 years. They were not challenged in public schools. Their standardized test scores have continued to improve. I was concerned CCS would not provide strong academics since it was a Christian school. Boy was I wrong! CCS provides the best of both worlds: a) Academically challenging ....with the Classical approach, my kids are learning to be lifelong learners; and b) a solid Christian education and environment. The families are close and all help provide a safe, nurturing and loving environment for my kids. Thank you CCS!

The school continues to grow and expand its courses into high school. The classical approach encourages students to inquire and then engage in discussions as they get older. The teachers are willing to have parents involved and work with parents well.

While no school is absolutely perfect, this little academic system certainly comes close. Sure, it doesn't have the all the clubs and sports and resources, it certainly does have some of the best curriculum. You know those "child prodigies" that you see on talk shows? CCS seems to have perfected the model of memorization. Their techniques really help kids not only memorize but understand facts. The early introduction of the Latin language (which is very much alive on campus) builds a very impressive vocabulary, and the focus on English grammar empowers students to read and learn things for themselves. If all schools taught grammar the way CCS does, we wouldn't have such low-achieving high school students who can't understand textbooks. Thank you CCS. You're the best.
