I hope this review finds some a bit of deferment and I hope it shakes others up. Grace has always had a “high” standard in our community. So many people praise it yet when I sent my child it was nothing but devastation. The days became long and impossible to get through. The teachers had little to no empathy or care for their students. I made my child’s teacher aware of an illness and if it was to occur to call me immediately, my request was ignored and my child suffered. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the only time my child suffered at the exspense of Grace. Not only did they ignore my requests when it came to their health but they also refused to listen when my child cried for help. The bullying became so severe and after speaking with not only the teacher but the principle as well nothing was done. I was told my child was the problem. It becomes a problem when a child looses their voice and can no longer speak up for themselves because they know that they will have no support and no one who will stand up for them. If your child is bullied at Grace it will not stop and they will victim blame.They have a lack of discipline and understanding of discipline, they show favoritism and make it very clear when a child is not liked to not only the child themself but also to the parents.Grace lacks accommodations and compassion. Each child has specific needs but they do not care. They will not accommodate your child whether they have a diagnosis or just need a little extra help. Grace will ignore your request as a parent and they will make your child suffer. Emotionally, academically, anyway imaginable. If your child does not fit their mold then your child will be belittled and ridiculed. I have nothing good to say about this school!!!! If you have an exceptional child, one who you want to be molded into their own person, one you want to be kind and that you want to be treated with the respect that they deserve….DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to Grace!

Love Grace. My son has gone since he was an infant and is now going to Pre-K 3. Love the teachers and staff.

Grace has been a blessing to our family. We have two boys enrolled and they love going to school! This is a complete change of attitude toward school for them. The teachers have excellent communication and truly care for students. My boys are challenged, engaged, and growing by leaps and bounds academically and spiritually. We could not be more pleased with our choice to send them to Grace Lutheran School.

I cannot say enough about the top notch education my children received in their time at Grace Lutheran School. Both children started in the Pre-K 4 program and continued on until our family was transferred out of state. I guess I took Grace's academic excellence for granted until we moved and both children had to be tested and placed in a completely new out of state education system. Not to my husband and my surprise, my son and daughter scored far beyond average and were placed in all "accelerated level" courses. The children have thrived and continue to make straight A's and be top of their classes. We absolutely credit Grace 100% for preparing them and offering them the needed skills to succeed and excel in such a competitive academic environment. The teachers and staff are incredible and have truly left a lasting impression on our family. God bless GLS! Continue growing and sharing God's love!

Grace Lutheran School has been the greatest blessing to our family. Everyone is treated like family. My daughter enjoys being a part of the Drama club, chess club, and the kids choir. She is getting a solid education surrounded by the love of Christ.

What a blessing this school has been. Both of my children love going to school every day and are learning at such a high level. I couldn't ask for a better place to send my children to school. The lessons that are taught carry through to the home and make us so proud. Thank you GLS! Every year has been amazing, I have no complaints about the facility, teachers, or parent organization. Everything at this school is top notch.

This is wonderful school with the Christian environment that is so important to our family. The teachers and staff are very involved in our child's education and do a great job of communicating our child's progress with us on a regular basis. The individualized attention our son receives has been appreciated and their ability to adjust their teaching so that he can learn at the appropriate level (he's above-avg in some subjects & needs assistance w/ others) has been amazing. We just love the Grace Lutheran School as well as their Early Childhood learning center.

If any parent is looking for a great school where their child(ren) can grow intellectually and spiritually Grace Lutheran is the place to send them. The teachers from pre kindergarten through 8th grade are the most caring people. Each child that they have in their class is special to them and each child receives the structure and nurturing they need. Class assignments are done both in the classroom and online through Parsons Reading and Spelling City. My son attends Grace Lutheran and I wouldn't even consider placing him else where.

A graduate of Grace Lutheran myself, I knew this would be the place to send my 2 children.They have been there from preschool to 8th grade and it has been a positive experience. They have met lifelong friends, had caring teachers and have excelled in their academics. It doesn't get any better and gives a parent great piece of mind all day to know your child is in a loving and safe environment..

I can only speak for the Early Childhood developement part of the school. I have 2 sons who both attend the school. My oldest is preparing to enter the Pre K 4 class. He loves the school and staff. I can attest that all levels of the staff are very attentative to the childs needs and are very easy to work with. Iam looking forward to wathcing my 1 y/o share the same joy as my oldest has experienced. I would like to give a special thanks to Mrs Dukes, Mrs Lingley, Mrs Sass, Mrs Bearden and Mrs Ray for all they have done for the future President.

The Preschool here is like a "puppy mill". All the toddler classes are packed with kids, there is no possible way this could benefit a child's education. A majority of the "teachers" look like teenagers and can be witnessed gossiping with eachother or on their phones on a daily basis. The office staff is very rude and never seems to know what's going on. Staff in toddler rooms are very loud and have horrible tone when speaking to little ones. Whenever I had a problem with someting, the director was never available to talk to. Don't bother leaving her a message either, your call will not be returned. I am not sure why this is on great schools, Grace is far from it.

My children are getting a solid education at Grace Lutheran. I should start by saying the staff at Grace Lutheran IS amazing! There is a balance mix of senior experienced teachers and young energetic ones. The interim principal team did a fabulous job of maintaining quality academic standards while a new principal was found to replace the retired one. The new principal is dynamic, on top of discipline and dedicated to rigourous learning. My childre LOVE going to school! The teachers are dedicated to the students and they all volunteer countless hours to coaching, and other various activities for the students beyong their work day. Parents are welcomed with open arms and the office is always buzzing with volunteers. All teachers and staff publish their home and mobile numbers in the school directory so they can be easily reached. Opportunities for learning are far superior to those found in public school (been there, done that). Most of all, tuition is far more affordable than other local private schools and the activities offered inside and outside of the classroom surpass what is offered at some other public schools I looked into. LOVE THIS SCHOOL!!!
