If your kid is special needs stay far away. They do not care about your child's safety and will call child protective services on you if you don't do what they want you to do which is not advocate for your child. They will do everything in their power to make you miserable. Lara McAnemy was a terrible cse and she's a even worse asst superintendent. Avoid enrolling your child in this school.

At WAJ your child maybe the student, the entire family is part of the school. It’s a small school (under 300) which lends itself to a close knit community. The teachers are caring and wonderful - always willing to provide extra help. We came from a private school downstate and am so pleased with the academics and extracurriculars of WAJ.

I believe this school has an extremely effective approach on their students and encourages them to excel.
