Some of the teachers are great, but overall the school is horrible. Because of the budget of schools funding the principal is discouraged for suspending students for violent behavior, The 5th grade is grouped in to A- E categories depending on how "smart" they are witch every child knows their rank witch only encourages bulling.

The main campus were lovely, and the staff were friendly when we visitied. However, the playground is in very poor repair and the children cluster in a long, narrow area. Bullying and inappropriate talk from students is often missed by the too-few supervising staff on the playground. My child did not feel safe at this school.

I have had more than one incident that has made me question the quality of the school. I accept and acknowledge that there are surely fine teachers and staff that work there. But to date I have had more negative experiences than positive. Perhaps if I was from here or had family who worked there or worked there myself that would be different. I hope that changes for the future generations I have planned on being here.

My child is in the accelerated learning program at Blosser Lane , Her great teacher Mrs. Matheson has been an inspiration to her and we couldnt ask for a better teacher or school.
