Excellent school with a great deal of involvement from the teachers, principle and counselors.

My experience sucked. They treat every grade like babies even 8th graders. I've felt so mature since 7th and I didn't want people telling me what to do in the hallway such as in a line.

My child has attending the Whitehall district since starting kindergarten. I thought it was a great school with good teachers until she started the Middle School this past year. They have a new principle and are trying too many new things that don't seem to be working well at all. The principle decided he did not like my child and went so far as to tell other students not to associate with her. He will tell you that they came to that conclusion themselves but he asked them leading questions to get there. They have one set of classes on Mondays and Wednesdays and a different set up for Tuesdays and Thursdays and then Fridays are just a scramble. And they only go to school on Fridays until 1:15. Either the Middle School is going down fast or it's always been bad, but I am not impressed. So much so, that we are moving this summer.
