Where do I even start? Sending our children to NCCS has been one of the best decisions that we have ever made. This is our third year at NCCS. We currently have one in middle school, one in lower school and one in preschool. We have loved every year that we have been here and have loved every teacher that each of our children have had. We have met every teacher in the school and it is very apparent that they genuine love the students and their jobs. This is not just a paycheck for them. When our daughter was diagnosed with cancer last year, the staff and the families of the school surrounded our family with love in a way that I won’t ever be able to explain. This school has become a second home and second family to us. We can’t imagine ever sending our children anywhere else! If you are looking for a fun learning environment and an amazing community, please tour NCCS. They are truly amazing.

My family had a very upsetting experience with the Preschool program, that culminated in an extremely unprofessional and unsettling interaction with the administration. If you’re looking into this school for your child, please make sure to ask the right questions. I wish we had asked about the disciplinary procedures for young children, because they do not align with what we practice at home.

The teachers are wonderful, they become like family. They communicate weekly with specific details regarding your child's progress. You can call or email them anytime you feel it's necessary or just have a question. Administration is solid and they communicate weekly with the families to let everyone know what is coming up the following week. You can email or call the administrators as well and they will respond quickly. The school is small but not small minded. They identify the child's learning style and teach to it. The children actually learn what is taught to them, there is no memorizing something just for a test and then never remember it again. There are plenty of learning field trips and speakers who come to the school and speak about what the school is learning at that time. These are very well thought out experiences. The tuition in the upper school includes a Real Life Connection Trip... eg. San Antonio, New Orleans. I pulled my daughter out of the local public school system primary because she was miserable trying to fit in their box. Here at NCCS she didn't have to change at all and is becoming an amazing young woman. She thinks and speaks with confidence and she actually knows what she's talk about. Thanks NCCS!

What a wonderful school. The children are taught at their own individual level, inspiring self confidence. Classes are small, the teachers are wonderful, and the overall experience is like no other school we visited. We love it!

NCCS is truly a unique educational environment. Small classes, passionate amazing teachers, visionary administrators always striving to do even better for our kids, creative and engaging instruction, and deep committments to instilling good character, social responsibility, respect for differences, and connection to the natural world. And then there is the wonderful sense of community among the families! I feel so lucky that we found this gem!

NCCS is truly a diamond in the ruff. My children are not only being educated academically, but they are being molded into the incredible children that we all dream of having. NCCS teaches and reinforces not only academics, but also the things that we find important in our home....Respect, Responsibility, Gratitude, Integrity & Kindness. NCCS is amazing place to grow, learn and thrive.....not just for our children, but for us, as well!!! The NCCS community, of parents and teachers, is truly a priceless gift, that we are so proud to be a part of everyday!! We recommend this school to anyone that is looking for an incredible place for their children to learn and a place to feel like family.

This school is a wonderful place where my children have learned not only academics, but independence, leadership and values as well. I would recommend it to anyone!
