I’ve been at this school before and one of the teachers had made me cry because of something I didn’t do and kicked me off the playground. I really don’t recommend this school and also they rarely did anything when I told teachers that I was getting bullied and my parents tried telling my teacher but didn’t do anything too. Also the learning here is poor and rarely taught me anything.

It's an okay school. Certainly not as good as other reviewers have stated. They have many older, below par teachers here. Yes parents are involved here because they have to be involved. Having lived in other area of CT, I can attest to the fact that there many better public school systems around. I believe the great reviews actually stem from parents not wanting the value of their homes to decrease, and from the very few teachers that are truly exceptional at Morley ( or their prior school systems were poor).

A teacher-designed curriculum and strong parent support gives individualized attention in a way that helps kids according to their individual learning style. Personal and effective teaching leads to intelligent and confident kids. Like a private academy in the public school system. My kids (now in middle school and HS) love it to this day.

Morley is one of the few true neighborhood schools left. Most kids walk to school, parents are very involved with the teachers. Wonderful community feel to the school. Love it!
