Both of my children attended Berkeley Glenn and flourished while there. The staff was always willing to go the extra mile and my kids were always engaged within the classroom and in the after school clubs. This school does a great job of serving the neighborhood!

My daughter attended this school, it was an absolute nightmare. I heard they got a new principal, i’m really glad because the last one tried to put my seven-year-old daughter “at the time” in the back of a police car because she wouldn’t sit still in class she has ADHD. I had one of her special education teachers calling me crying, begging me to get her out of that school. Absolutely the worst school I’ve ever had to deal with.

School went into lockdown due to neighborhood robbery. No one in or out.Wonderful to know our children are safe when at school.

A wonderful school! Great neighborhood school setting with plenty of sidewalks that make it safe and fun to walk to school everyday. The surrounding neighborhoods are historic and beautiful. Truly great place to start your child's education, awesome staff.

My daughter has attended Berkeley Glenn since 2010. The teachers at this school are all highly dedicated professionals who have worked hard to give my daughter an excellent education. They truly appear to have her best interest at heart and treat each child as an important individual. I am as involved in the classroom as I can be and I have always felt welcome by her teachers. I also love the neighborhood atmosphere of this school. It is important to keep in mind that mistakes can happen (as noted in a previous review) but the people here are always willing to re-evaluate a situation if you are concerned. The Principal is fantastic too which is a huge plus. I think this is a great school and I am a very picky person when it comes to education. I highly recommend Berkeley Glenn.

MY GRANDCHILDREN ATTEND BGES....AND WHAT A GREAT SCH0OL IT IS! THE STAFF ARE THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN...AND THAT'S A LOT, CONSIDERING MY OWN EDUCATION, MY DAUGHTER'S SCHOOLING AND NOW BEING INVOLVED WITH MY GRANDS EDUCATION. I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH THE TEACHER'S I HAVE MET, THEY MAKE THIS SCHOOL THE BEST EVER!

I recently moved to the area, I was first in the ladd elementary district and when I learned my district and location of school I was determined to get into a different school. Educating myself on westwood and berkeley and hearing parents I knew I wanted to get my daughter in berkeley glenn. After moving in their district and my daughter started going there I was so surprised at the overwhelming dedication of ms. tooley to her students, staff and parents. But it didnt stop with her the more involved I became the more I seen the love and passion the teachers have. It is a fantasyic home town school that loves their community, supports and go above and beyond for their school. I was so upset that I moved from my home town but I must say thank you berkely glenn and waynesboro I now feel like I have a new family.
