    My three children had a positive experience at this elementary school. The teachers and administrators communicate effectively.

    DBE has a family atmosphere. Teachers care about all the kids.

    This school seems to get worse and worse as the years go on. I have a child going into 5th grade. This year we saw lower grades and lots of struggling. After approaching the school they offered little assistance. The teacher modified all the tests and work, yet the school seemed to not want to help beyond that. Come MAP testing time, the only homework for a solid week was MAP testing workbooks. If my child was thought durning the year there ahold not be a need for a solid week of studying. I find they push these tests harder than anything else the enmities year. If your child is just barley scraping by with work, tests, and homework that's good enough for them.

    I LOVE this school! I have both a kindergartener and a first grader and I think that the K-1 format is fantastic! All the teachers and staff are amazing.
