    This school is great and truly a gem. Activities during, before, and after school hours are great and enriching. You will see the principal himself at all the events and he is all in on being there for his students, as are all the teachers. The park at the school is brand new and was just redone 2 years ago. The school has walking initiatives when the weather is better, and an event for all the major holidays. Overall, this is a fantastic school and am glad I am able to send my kid here.

    School has so many wonderful teachers and resources. My kids are thriving and enjoying wonderful music program, challenge, drama classes and math olympiad. They are also doing great on standardized tests. So far I have only good things to say about Waltham schools.

    I have 2 children at Plympton, and one on the way. The staff is terrific, very caring and involved school community. Full-time, award-winning librarian, full-time nurse, drama teacher, art teacher, music teacher... band and orchestra programs, math olympiad, challenge program. Add in on-site afterschool program, scout troops, active PTO, volunteer tutoring programs from nearby Bentley and Brandeis... outstanding elementary school!
