Reicher has been an absolute blessing for our family. The dedicated teachers, nurturing environment, and strong sense of community are unparalleled. Our children are thriving academically and growing spiritually at Reicher. We couldn't be happier with our choice in schools and highly recommend BLR to anyone seeking a quality education for their children!

My daughters have been attending Bishop Louis Reicher since pre-k3. We love the school environment, especially the small class setting. One thing I really love is that they offer extracurricular activities for elementary school children. I honestly couldn't imagine my children attending any other school. We love BLR!

I love the sense of peace. We feel that we belong here, the teachers are always ready to answer any questions, concerns. I love how all the staff is there for you ,is like family. The best part is Jesus my kids love the mass ,prayer time they know if they feel overwhelmed, Jesus is waiting in the Tabernacle .

Mrs.Cadenhead is an awesome 5th grade teacher! She keeps all of us parents informed in day to day classroom activities and homework. The community is a very positive one and teaching the kids such good values with the Lord. We've been apart of this community for almost 3 years and I have loved every minute of it. Alot of hands on learning instead of lectures, it helps the kids learn so much more!

We love this school! We have been here for 3 years and are in the process of applying for next year. The teachers and staff have been great. I volunteer often and I am treated like family when I am there! You really do get the sense of belonging when you walk through the front doors.

This is our first year at Reicher and we are confident to say we have found our home for my son's long-term education. I receive weekly updates about what he is learning. All staff are respectful, and their core values show through their actions. Staff truly care about his well-being and offer support when possible. Through our experience, Reicher values student safety by sending multiple form of alerts when an incident occurs and take precautions when there is a potential threat in the area. I am a member of the Parent's Association and am able to engage in service activities throughout the year to actively engage with the community and school.

My son has been at this school for almost a year, and we have enjoyed it for the most part. The administration has been wonderful, and I believe they are working hard to make the school even better. The majority of teachers are fantastic and work with the students to make sure they are successful. The facilities are very nice, clean and seem to be well taken care of. The classrooms are big, and we have never been concerned about safety. I do feel like the school is lacking in the music and arts availability. It would be nice if band and/or theater were offered. For the most part, the school is a tight-knit community. Many of the families gather together for events, Friday night football games and other sporting events. There is also quite a bit of parent involvement at the events the school hosts. The school is also quite diverse with kids from different backgrounds and cultures. Finally, the school offers both normal and more challenging classes, which is great for college readiness.

We are so happy with the High school! The school environment is very supportive of children who want to fully integrate their Catholic faith into their lives and grow to be faithful Catholic leaders. Between the faith formation and the rigorous academic curriculum we couldn't get happier!

I could not ask for a better education for my children, or a better community for our family. My children love going to school every single day and are thriving. The teachers and staff go above and beyond, and their dedication shows in my children's daily growth. I am so very grateful for their help in raising my children educationally, as well as in our faith.

I graduated from reicher less than a year ago, and my biggest regret was staying there. My experience attending the lower campus, st.Louis, was not terrible. I definitely learned many things during my time attending the lower campus school. As for the high school, my experience was not so great. Many teachers were disrespectful towards their students and offered zero resources to help them better their learning. I was dress coded many times while IN UNIFORM. I feel like many teachers focused on dresscode rather than actually teaching their students. I witnessed many females get dress coded (including myself) while there was a male right next to them wearing something completely different and out of dresscode. The punishments for girls were a lot more harsher than punishments for the guys. They would bend grades for the football players in order to let them play vs with the girls they would not. The school and staff is very sexist. Also there is bad favoritism in the sports programs. The front desk is EXTREMELY rude and takes over 10 minutes to answer the door and never picks up the phone. One time I was sitting in the library and smelt a decaying rat in the ceiling. One time A student was in the bathroom and filmed a rat on top of the stalls. They would force non catholic students to fast during lent or before mass, knowing the student is not Catholic. Once I had a teacher rolling on the floor weirdly and acting out something from a book and just acting completely unprofessional. There’s been countless incidents were students have been mistreated at reicher, too many too list them all. It’s extremely expensive just to have half of the toilets and sinks be out of order (for over 4 years), rats crawling around the building, and the ceiling tiles to have black mold or are falling in. Anyways, do not send your kid here, it’s not worth it.

High turnover for staff, leadership is incompetent, two sets of rules one for the wealthy and one for the others. School has rats and mold everywhere. Enrollment is plummeting. Still money from other programs for football, dance dept has no teacher even though they one state last year, no bus driver for volleyball team, dress code not enforced for males. Punishment is not equal across the board. Teachers disrespectful and not qualified for job position.Bathrooms are disgusting

This is a wonderful school. A Christ-centered school with a stellar curriculum. My child has attended for three years and is indeed a better person because of Reicher.

Both my son and I are Reicher graduates. I graduated in 1974 and he graduated in 2009. My education at Reicher prepared me for a career as an attorney. My son's path was a little different. The athletic training at Reicher provided the building blocks that led to his success as a football player in the SEC with University of Arkansas and then later in the NFL. However, more important then just educating our minds and bodies, Reicher educated our spirits and provided the tools that we needed to become caring, responsible citizens & Christians. You couldn't find a better school in our area that encompasses the education of the mind body and spirit into every aspect of the curriculum.

Our 3 children all attended Reicher in the 2000's and all are successful adults now. Reicher taught them Christian values and how to be part of a community. They thrived in the close -knit atmosphere surrounded by teachers, coaches, and families who truly cared about them. They were well prepared for college and acquired leadership skills as they were able to participate in many academic, extra-curricular, and sports activities during their high school years. They can always come home and feel welcome by their Reicher family. I have recommended Reicher Catholic High School to many friends.
