I’ve witnessed how this sch has evolved. They listen to feedback and respond efficiently. I am impressed how they have zero tolerance to bullying. I like the fact that they constantly remind this. My child is always excited to learn and spend time with his classmates and friends.

My children have been going here a few years now & I am happy with the teachers. I am however, not impressed with some staff. Several yard duties(?) clearly do not enjoy their jobs or parents. Even with an intentional warm greeting, I am met with no acknowledgement. Just so rude in any situation. The principal isn’t of much help either & will likely say anything to cover herself or make herself look better. As a whole, we felt bullied into not reporting an incident that occurred on campus, which we regret now. There has been saftey concerns that have more or less been addressed. Other parents have been helpful navigating this school.Lastly, if it wasn’t for a handful of some incredible teachers we would have left immediately. Every year we apply for a transfer…

Gotta give credit when credit is due. Although I never heard from the leadership re my complaints. They subtly resolved it and I did see changes. I’d go w that. Hopefully, more for the best. I’m just a momma bear who wants what’s best for her child :))

My child has been enrolled at Callison since kindergarten, currently in 3rd grade. I have been pleased with the teachers, staff and curriculum. The principal, Mrs. Reed is the best of the best, going above and beyond for her students and parents alike. Neighborhood is very friendly and safe. Many kids walk and bike to school and if my child were a bit older, she would as well. I'm happy my child has had the opportunity to attend such an excellent school where the teachers are truly invested in growing their students.
