My granddaughter has attended this school for the last 3 years and I've seen a excellent improvement. The teachers are hands on and very caring.

I rate school a 9, leaving room for improvement. I love this school because the teachers are good and they care. Even more the principle Mr. Payne is very involved and supportive.

My children have been at Liberty Point Elementary for 3 years and I am well pleased by the experience that I have had with the school so far. The teachers, staff, and Principal really care about the students and will take whatever steps necessary to ensure they succeed. I admit my son has had some behavior issues, but Liberty Point's approach to redirecting and positively incentivising him to improve has made all of the difference. The PTA is very active but not overbearing and there are plenty of fun activities for the kids to participate in like literacy night and the Book Bowl. In my opinion, the overall "rating" does not accurately reflect the quality of this school. Keep up the great work!

Let me first start out by saying my children has attended this school since 2009 and it has improved extremely. Mr. Payne (principal) and the teachers work super hard to encourage our children to be fearlessly amazingly them. I also wanted to write a review about last night 2nd Annual Write Night, kids from all ages spoke in front of multiple parents and expressed their feelings on multiple topics. I love Liberty Point growth and unfortunately this is my daughter last year.

I have been a parent at Liberty Point Elementary since 2015 and this school is nothing short of an inspiration to the students and the community! Mr. Payne is a leader with vision and he is visible each and every day! He makes sure that his staff is providing a high quality education by being visible in the classrooms and consistently providing his teachers with high quality professional development. The students know him well and respect him because he is always so visible in their classrooms! The teachers go out of their way to teach from bell to bell each and every day. I couldn't have picked a better school for my children!

My 3 kids started at this school in August 2016 and it is great. Mr. Payne is doing an awesome job in encouraging the kids and they have been trying to get parents involved especially in the PTA. I love the homework system and the class outlines are great. It did take a little force to ensure that the TAG teacher kept up with my daughter in 4th grade to ensure she is tested for TAG. The teacher do care and they try their best to keep parents informed and they ask for assistance when needed. I wish funding for schools were not cut as the copying machine is constantly down. Hopefully something can be done to address the issue. All in all I love Mr. Payne and his team at Liberty Point.

LPES needs more diversity in organizations to recognize the academic achievement of its students, and not just the select few, which includes teachers kid, that are always being chosen to participate in organizations such as TAG and Beta Club. There are many smart kids that attend the school, that are are just as successful in academics, however, the school does not provide those students the same academic extra curricular opportunities nor leadership abilities.

I'm very encouraged by the changes that have been made since last year. The new principal, Mr. Gaskins is very interactive and forward thinking and has done a fantastic job with engaging students, parents and teaching to aim higher and push harder. There is a new energy there and it's certainly the HIGH POINT at the end of the road!

I have 3 kids at Liberty Point Elementary School in Union City, GA and I love the way Mr. Gaskins is leading the school. He is the new principal he is very young but seems to know what he's doing.
