Tuttle takes so much pride in their town. They treat everybody like family. They love my kids like their own. So blessed to be a part of such a wonderful little town.

A lot of support from the parents. A no bullying tolerance. And I feel like my children are always safe. They will not be leaving school with anyone unknown or unwanted! I simply love this school and love the fact my kids can't wait to go back.

Tuttle Elementary, Tuttle, Oklahoma / Thank You For Excellence Three grandsons have attended this school since 2010. The oldest is now in the intermediate school, and next year the fourth brother will start PK. I am a retired reading teacher, having taught in Ohio, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Florida. My school in Florida went from D- to A+ / meeting AYP in five years. I feel qualified to comment on Tuttle Elementary. Tuttle Elementary has outstanding leadership and very qualified teachers. When you walk the halls, you find happy students actively engaged in learning. The hallway and most classrooms demonstrate a warm and controlled learning environment. The eight+ teachers my grandsons have had provide excellent grade level materials and instruction. They follow up on student progress, home-school communications, and special student needs. The speech teacher is especially gifted, significantly aiding remediation. Having taught school, I know that these teachers must have great administrative support. Looking for a good school district? Try Tuttle !

Tuttle Elementary has a great community and staff but one MAJOR downfall is that the school will not pick up/drop off students (as young as kindergarteners) within 3 miles. That is a long way!!!!! These children are walking across highways to get to school/ home because it less than 3 miles away. This is unsafe and hazardous for transportation not to be provided to those children about 30-40 children walking and high school kids get out and just race and speed past parts of the places they walk. It is TERRIFYING for parents!!! I haven't met one person who do not feel the same.
