I am so thrilled with my daughter's experience at Long Lake Elementary School. Having moved to TC from a metropolitan area of 3 million people, I was worried about how my non-white daughter would be received at this school. She is definitely one of a very few minorities, but so far it has been a non-issue. She has been treated with kindness and respect by staff and students alike, and she is surpassing our expectations academically. The principal is very communicative and caring. We are so happy with Long Lake Elementary!

I feel so privileged that my son is able to attend this school. He has had nothing but positive experiences. The teachers are amazing and take their time with students to make sure they understand concepts fully. The environment overall is very welcoming and caring for all students. The principal is wonderful and knows all students by name. We could not be happier here!

Terrible. Principle is not empathic and does not have the child's wellbeing in her best interest. My child was a victim in a bullying situation and we were literally told, "you are asking to many questions." Would never advise taking a gentle, kind, introverted kid to this school. They will allow them to be walked all over by aggressive kids.

You won't find a more genuine, caring, dedicated staff than at Long Lake. This is a small school with a lot of heart and a great community feel, a diverse range of activities for everyone, and a great education.

Great school!! Very happy with my decision to have my daughter go here especially since we don't live in the Long Lake district. Teachers and staff are wonderful.

I have three children at Long Lake and we love it!! The teachers are so wonderful and dedicated and the new facility is beautiful! I am on the PTO at Long Lake and love working so closely with this fabulous staff and new principal.

We are just completing our first year here at Long Lake Elementary. We have had happiness and success and have no intention of moving our children from this school.
