My son's experience at Topeka West High school has been fantastic! All of the staff members work tirelessly, helping students to be successful in their studies and extracurricular activities. The music programs are extraordinary!!!

My son has attended this school for three years. Excellent staff, administration and support staff. Its a great place for students who want to be a part of a culture of acceptance and excellence.

I love how to teachers are one on one with the students. They invest their time into the school to see these wonderful students achieve their goals/dreams. The school is a great environment. I love the sports program at the school because the coaches motivate the students to do their best but also help them grow as young adults.

Superior education with top-notch honors classes available in all subject areas. Our daughter is challenged every day by her knowledgeable and caring teachers, who offer extra help when needed outside of regular class periods. Parent involvement is strong and diversity is celebrated at Topeka West. Huge variety of extra/curricular activities and clubs for students to choose from. Hands down, Mr. Dick is the best principal around! He has made Topeka West the best high school in Topeka!

Both of my children have had wonderful experiences at T West. The teachers and staff work so hard for the students. The school is all digital, with everyone using Google and school-supplied Chromebooks.

Topeka West is one of the best schools in the area. It is a large school with small school feel. There are tons of activities and programs to involve students. The teachers are amazing and take a very active role in our students' education. The administration is top notch. They know the kids by name and have great relationships with both parents and students. Topeka West currently has one of the top graduation rates in the area! Don't let the "Great score" fool you. Topeka West is awesome. I would encourage anyone to take a tour and decide for yourself!

Outstanding school. Teachers are well infirmed of students needs & most are available after hours to assist students; something that is rare today. Parents are treated as equal partners in their students education, a very refreshing idea. Mostly, the atmosphere is academic achievement & student diversity is welcomed. Students challenged to think outside the box, creativity & individuality is actually encraged, a combination my student has thrived in, especially stating her feelings of acceptance. She has yet to witness fighting which is something I can't say about other high schools in town. She has received honors and o never would've expected that. Teachers willingn

An excellent school! Topeka West High School has been like a second home for me. It has defined who I am and helped me realize who I want to be. Although this year we have an interim principle, he has done a very nice job adjusting and continuing to help West succeed. The Boomerang Mentors Program has been in existance for just over 5 years now, and it has been a huge success with the entire school atmosphere. The students want to be a part of the program and want to make a difference in their school. As a senior, I can say that I have seen a huge increase in the amount of school spirit at West. I have an overwhelming sense of pride to attend Topeka West and am proud to say that I am a Charger For Life!
