On previous years I was very disappointed about this school. It wasn't until the school year of 2013-2014 that I become a member of the PTA an realized how many school programs the school actually have. From after school homework help to classes for parents to better assist their kids at home with nutrition tips and learning tips. I extremely encourage parents to be more involved in school activities and to take advantage of all the help this school has to offer.

I'm not sure where that 5 star rating came from, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was someone in the front office. I've been very disappointed in the decision making going on at this school. My child has had some wonderful teachers at this school, but none of them are still there. Take a look at teacher turnover at this school, it tells a story.

Some teachers here have wonderful management and great relationships with the students and parents but in general there is a large bully problem that doesn't stop. There are lots of activities for the families and students but most are held at early times not allowing for parents that work late to attend. When management issues occur in the classroom most teachers send the issue immediately to the office and referrals are given. As punishment field trips are taken away. There are some* really good teachers here, but for the most part I find it to be one of the worst schools my children have ever had* to attend.
