I always believe in the importance of fair play and the teachers that I had were the ones that taught me the importance of fair play and to also remember the importance of building the courage to stand up to people and respect for others. I liked watching Arthur and I believe that it is a good way to be a hands-on learner. I always believe in the fact that first impressions are crucial. If I have my favorite moments of Morningside is that the teachers are fairly understanding of people and that I believe in the importance of where you came from, because it may do you a huge favor. If I have my own kids, then I believe that this school will be recommended. Thomas WigginLeft Morningside since 2008

Even high-performing schools can have disparities between student groups. To understand how well this school serves all its students, review the information below in the Equity section. Understand what on-track learning looks like for your child and how you can help at home.

Morningside Elementary is absolutely the worst school for children with Autism! Kids are expected to come into kindergarten and be extremely independent! They are still little children! I have to homeschool my child so that he isn't bullied every single day of school!

Awesome school, great teachers and a dynamic principal. My son enjoys going to the school. The teachers are wonderful in encouraging kids and in furthering the kids excellence in areas like reading and fast math.

The children are like little soldiers. They are expected to be totally independent at a very young age. It is worse than military school. The staff has no concern for the kids, just the tests. I have never seen a school run like this. It is a shame!

Amazingly well run school. The teachers are excellent, they take great interest in the students. They do many projects throughout the year that challenges them from a creativity perspective too. Academically they are higher than kids I see from other schools.
