We love our PUBLIC Montessori. Both of our children started here as preschoolers. The community is engaging and supportive. The teachers (guides) are caring and hold high expectations for student learning. Our children are offered a personalized and intrinsically motivating education. They learn to collaborate effectively and treat each other with kindness and respect. They are offered sports and music, just like all of the other elementary schools in the district.

This school has a different approach than what you would see at a traditional school, allowing the student to make their way through the curriculum their own way. They are supported by great teachers and also have the support of elder student mentors. I was initially concerned that my child would fall behind in subjects they didn’t enjoy, but not only have they kept up in those subjects, they seem to enjoy them more than they did previously. Nothing but good things to say about this school.

Excellent experience with the school. However, I wish the classrooms had less kids. Teachers can focus more on their students with smaller classes. This seems to be a problem with the state of Arizona. I think this could be a great opportunity for Meyer to differentiate itself and provide a better education to the children.

Both of my kids attend this school and they love it. The teachers and staff are extremely kind and they truly care about giving all the children a quality education and teaching them to be good humans. The parents of the other students and PTO are also great. It's a wonderful community that is full of support and positive energy. I feel very lucky that my kids go to school here.

My children excelled because of the great education they received at this school. They were fair and wonderful. IF you are looking for a small school feel with a fantastic environment, this is the school for you.

very disapointed about this school I felt they mistreated my son they didn`t know how to help him and the principal even edviced me to put him in a charter school, they did punished him stayin after school for not doing his work when he really didn`t know how because he couldn`t read and instead helping him they were constantly punished him. to me this is a bad school definetly. I felt they didn`t help the parents to face the problems the resolve the problems punishig the kids. at least is my esperience.
