So I'm giving Webster a 5 star due to the fact I'm 32 but when I attended Webster from Kindergarten - 5th Grade this was a amazing school had the most amazing teachers and councilor's who gave the best social & emotional support they succeeded in teaching me who was a child who suffered from Learning Disability & ADHD. but after looking at the reviews and scores here that if I was to place my children in this school they need to start getting their testing scores higher so that I know my children would be reaching their full potential.

I attended webster school .....28 years ago. i had mrs bukowski.she was wonderful! i regret to say that i am highly disapointed with the overall opperations of the school now. my daughter will be entering the first grade. Twice as a kindergardner she was not put on her bus nor was i notified. i also was called twice with a recorded message how she was absent when i put her on the bus myself. the loud speaker for morning announcments is a hinderence and probably effects the students ear drums. my daughter speaks of the same problem children with no change. i sent extra valentines for students less fortunite which not only got sent back un used but she not recieve many in return. she was not issued six flag tickets she earned after i donated money to the cause alone. the recorded messages we recieve are sloppy and inaccurate.a reflection of the effort given to our children. i was able to enter the building behind another parent unannounced and walk the halls. i am saddened by the lack of caring,organization and standard the school has taken. even at the concert it was thrown together and the princable didnt even know teachers names. the office is a mess and no one seems to hold any authority. i regret not being able to take my daughter out of the city school systems. however ....the teacher she had in kindergarden was great. she was in constsnt contact and responsive. i commend her for trying so hard to make a difference in a challanging surrounding. otherwise..... mr carter from lean on me should come and give the school the makeover it and our children deserve!

HORRIBLE! The principal needs to be fired. She does absolutely nothing about bullying. If you try to get help because you think that there are underlying issues with your child, good luck. It will either take her months to set up a meeting and 2 years to get help. I had to call the district NUMEROUS times and complain. She's rude and loves to slam door in parents faces when you are trying to help your child. My child ran out if the building after we had a meeting saying not to push him too hard because he will run and they continued to push and he ran outside from the principals office. She didn't even know he went outside until another teacher buzzed the office. When I came in to pick him up, her main concern was that my adhd/odd child made a mess in her office and not about his safety. I could go on and on. I do NOT recommend this school t9 anyone.

It's a good school but they wipe to much bad behavioral under the rug there is a lot of bulling in this school. They need a better way of disapline action in place. I have seen and heard of kids pulling weapons ,I also know that if your child gets hurt they don't tell you until your child does something wrong.I feel that the district superintendent should lose her job.maybe these schools will go back to the old days.also I hate there grading system 1234, what happened to A,B,C,D,F you have a student in the district you k ow no grade average.

I agree with the previous review...Its not as good as it was for my previous grandchildren and boy do I see a BIG DIFFERENCE ! Before ,the school was superb with behavior , discipline , and education...
