This was the worst school I was ever sent to I was in this school from 3rd-8th grade. I was bullied relentlessly by the pastors youngest daughter as welly as one of the leaders daughters. the whole time I went to this school i only had one teacher adapt and actually help me be a better student. The principal of this school was so focused on making sure the pastors of the church were always happy she never cared for her students. the school was full of people who went to the church's attached including the staff so those who didn't attend the church were treated as outcast. Overall this school is horrible and as a former student I'm glad my parents decided to online school me after 8th grade

All of the teachers at SPCA love God and the children and lead them by providing great examples of the Love of Jesus Christ. Mrs. Torrow is a constant blessing and one of the best caring teachers. She helps our children learn by giving them a love for reading and creating an environment where children love to learn.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Stevens Point Christian Academy. I have and will continue to recommend SPCA to any parent who values faith based education with a Biblical world view. The academics are superior and thoroughly equips the students to accomplish their goals for higher education. An exciting addition to the school is a fully stocked science lab for hands on science education as well as a technology grant from Sentry insurance that enabled the purchase of ipads and laptops for the students as well as smart boards for the classrooms and all the most recent technology updates. My oldest daughter was home schooled and enrolled in SPCA her sophomore year. She graduated with high honors and received a Presidential award her Junior year as well as winning several contests with the Lions Club. SPCA helped her not only to transition to a private education but also enabled her to excel in their care. Now our other two children attend and I love seeing them excel as they have the benefit of smaller class size and personalized learning from amazing educators. I am excited to see them growing in their interests of sports and music, as the opportunities afforded by a smaller school enable them to participate at a greater level. SPCA gets my highest recommendations on every level.

My son Joseph will be 2014 graduate of Stevens Point Christian Academy. That will be with mixed emotions. It is at times difficult to say good bye to a phase in life. But at least he leaves this school knowing that he gave it his best shot. But also he had the total dedication of teaches and staff who personally cared for his work and for him to succeed. For a small school, I do not feel Joe was lacking in any area at all. He was able to be equipped with all he needs for his future/college entrance. The closeness also among those that attend was neat to see. It was really a big family. Each one I feel had the others back covered. The teachers were all totally qualified . If I were asked in the future, of Joe's experience there, I would not hesitate to highly suggest that it be a fantastic place for a student to get a great education in a Christian surrounding. I have no doubt that God will continue to bless this school. And that in years to come, things like a gym will be added. God blesses those that honor him and this school does that.

SPCA is like a Little House on the Prairie school, meets modern day technology, education, and relevance I have one student who has already graduated from SPCA, one who will be graduating this spring, and one who will be graduating next year! I have been more than pleased with the quality of heartfelt dedication coming from the teachers and staff, as well as the fellow students towards each other. There is a feeling at SPCA a sense of family and it gives students a special place to be safe and to be themselves. Every morning the staff arrives before the school day begins to pray for the students. Then, each teacher works along side the parent(s) to lead the child in the way the Lord is training them up; the result is a readiness for adulthood, their individual life ministries, and for college success! I have been grateful for the God anointed, good things that come out of SPCA, so it s with mixed feelings that I see my teens graduate. I am so pleased to see how well they have grown in their years at SPCA, but also, a little sad when each comes to an end. The kids seem to feel the same way, and it causes them to stay close with their friends and teachers after graduation.

SPCA is dedicated to developing students in every area not just academically. The teachers/staff's heart for the students is evident inside & outside of the classroom.

SPCA has been a "safe place" for my daughter to excel academically & have every opportunity to grow in the place that matters most, her heart. The students receive tools needed to not only excel academically but to succeed in every area of life! The teacher's pray for the students & stand upon God's faithfulness to provide what they need, student, parents, teacher, school. They understand the one student principle yet reach for the multitude. My daughter is graduating this year & is enrolled at UWSP planning a career in the medical field. As i went through the 12 years of pictures, i saw the progress, the skills gained in participating in volleyball. She was challenged at an individual level, and also in the team aspect. The girls gained confidence, skill improvement & learned how to lose, winning was great! But when we lose in life, what's our attitude? The music/fine arts department is awesome! The students became the program "Galaxy Radio" proclaiming Good News! They excel in music/art and go out & bring encouragement to the surrounding communities. Today is the day to place your child in a Christ centered environment,God will make a way for You! He does it everyday at SPCA! Thanks!

SPCA is a wonderful place for children to learn and grow. I have been involved with SPCA for almost 5 years as a volunteer teacher and I have witnessed the amazing learning community that they have built. The staff is truly fantastic and dedicated to the comprehensive education of the students. The environment is safe, warm, and optimally conducive to learning at all grade levels. If the goal is to develop well-educated, conscientious, productive adults, I can think of no better place than SPCA.

SPCA is dedicated to academic excellence. The teachers at SPCA are amazing. They invest themselves in the kids and they have great feedback for us as parents. They are true advocates for the entire learning process. All our three kids have attended for the majority of their elementary education and our oldest is currently is 6th grade.

We have had a graduate and still have other students at SPCA. There is no other learning institution that we would rather have our children at in this community. There is a difference in having teachers that know God and have the freedom to teach from a true Biblical world view and those that know God but aren't able to share the truth to difficult questions students might have, especially in the Jr. and Sr. High years. The Bible says that when a student is fully taught they become like their teacher. At SPCA we can say we are confident that our children are taught by a staff what really know God, pray for their students and have a strong academic foundation that our children learn from. Academic excellence, good athletic program and other extra-curricular are all reasons we are thankful that our children are able to attend SPCA. School musical programs and awards programs are a highlight for our family.

SPCA has been the school of our family's choice since we began private education in 1994. Nearly 20 years later, we have seen substantial growth and excellence in a variety of areas of academics. Small class sizes, yet character building opportunities are available for students. Strong emphasis on their Christian faith, patriotism, respect and academics are all a part of the well-rounded academic program. The only way we see the school improving is increased enrollment. The individualized learning environment and parent involvement are second to none. Why would we choose SPCA for our children and others: 1) Jesus Christ is the foundational truth of subjects taught 2) teaching staff meet and pray together daily for their students and the school overall 3) We don't have to re-teach our children a set of values and philosophies that differs from ours at home. 4) It is very affordable, compared to other Christian private schools in the nation. The list goes on. But, for us, homeschooling is not what we are called to so this is the option that best fits our family needs. We are thankful for SPCA, the staff and sponsoring churches.

I am a graduate of SPCA and I'm so thankful for my time there. The teachers and staff have been extremely influential in my life and they continue to play an important role when I am looking to make major life decisions. SPCA truly puts a focus on living a lifestyle that is respectful of others and treating people with kindness. The teachers are truly sacrificial as most could have high paying jobs somewhere else, but instead they choose to serve the youth of our community. Did I mention I met my wife at SPCA? That alone says how awesome that place is!

I attended this school my Sophmore through Senior year. As a Alumni of SPCA I strongly believe that at SPCA I was equipped with not just a excellent education, but foundational tools to help me succed in life. When I came to SPCA I was struggling in some major areas, including math and English. The teachers spent one on one time with me, refusing to let me stay at the level I was at. With their help I graduated with highest honors (4.0). This is a excellent school and I highly recommend it!

Our four children have attended Stevens Point Christian Academy from Kindergarten. The oldest graduated in 2012. Currently we have a senior, a junior and an eight grader. We are pleased with the dedication and quality of the teachers and staff. The high moral and academic standards set this school apart . The school is internationally accredited with the ICAA and is a wonderful learning environment.
