- Submitted by parent on May 18, 2016I absolutely love Sparrows Point High School. It is on the smaller side even though it houses the SPECIES magnet program and there are students from all over Baltimore County, it is still a very community oriented school. The music program is very good, offering students classes in chorus and instrumental music. Students have the opportunity to learn guitar and the school even provides one for use to learn and practice with. Private lessons would be very expensive. The teachers are always willing to help students excel and offer after school assistance if needed.
