No wonder why they need to put a suicide hotline number on the back of the passes. Horrible school, admins/teachers dont care about your safety, they do nothing about bullyijg and theres fights all the time with no consequences Overall this school is horrible, do not torture your child to this.

I may be one of the few that actually didn't hate this school but I had teachers I could trust and talk to. The school facilitator is improving school extracurriculars. This school would've been a 4 or even 5 star school to me if I felt safe.

This school is the WORST this school is always trashed by the older grades and moving to 7th grade this is going to be hell why you may ask here why this school has a fight almost every day and the kids with disabilities are bullied and get almost no respect and teachers if you cool with them teaching they cool with you but these students are rude and disrespectfull

I’m a student at General John Stricker and I don’t not recommend this school. They do not care about the bullying It took almost a week to even look into a situation I had. This school cares more about hoodies and phones then the kid’s safety

This school is awful, Every day, every hour, every minute of this school is misery; The teachers don't handle the classes as expected, Your child will be physically and mentally harassed as the students don't get consequences for their actions; Iv'e seen many reviews that are inaccurate and are left by staff of the school. People don't actually rate this school 5 stars, they are bot generated please don't get misled by these reviews. Now time for my actual experiences at this school; About every day a kid gets into a fight and every single student here has at least had a hostile experience here. I

My experience has been great compared to other schools i've been at! It's very clean, students are much kinder and open-minded, the only problem is a few staff members who over react and don't properly follow protocol. I have had a great time here otherwise!

I would rate my experience with the school in between one and five as a two and that’s only because of some of the experience I had was good while most of it was not.

I just finished 6th grade at Stricker! I am in all GT classes and they were excellent! I learned a lot from my teachers and they were the best! I love school and think this is an amazing one! All the classes are great and the bad reviews below are supprising! They are extremely exaggerated and just give the school a low score it doesn't deserve!

This school has many problems with fighting students both inside the classroom and hallways. The administration refuses to suspend or expel students. The principle has told teachers that students cannot be suspended or the school will be classified as a dangerous school. This will affect its funding and tier one status. They also openly allow for teachers to be disrespected. Many good teachers have left because of the violence and bullying. Also parents that complain are ignored.

This school does not care about the students or their future. They are setting these kids up for failure. Horrible school if you have the option to send them to another school DO IT!!, Some of the teachers do not respond to parents the only time they contact you is if your child misbehaved. Something needs to change every parent I have spoken to is having a problem with this school. The superintendent visits the school but just walks the hallways.. Maybe he should Peek in visit the classrooms pull some students and talk to them.

I'm a student at Stricker, and I guess it's good. Some of the teachers are bad, but otherwise they are nice. I do really good there behavior and grade-wise, because I don't want to mess with those teachers! I really like gym class, even though it can be boring and tough at times.

I think GJSMS is a terrific school and here the staff actually care about your needs! Which is very rare to get from most schools. The teachers are extrordinary i love all the clubs, programs, and events at GJSMS. Iespecially love the GT circullam they offer i am a member of their Student council(Generals council) which is a very fun but unique expierience and Quiz bowl which is a very fun extra cirricullar activity in where you compete with different scools with current funfilled questions! Over all GJSMS is one of the best Middle schools to go to and parents if you live around this area i strongly reccomend you send your child to General John Stricker Middle School!
