I came as a student to this school. I always had caring teachers and well behaved peers, for the most part. I'm currently an educator here at Liberty for 10+ years. Most parents are a pleasure to work with. Most understand that a child's education IS a TEAM effort, not a solo job or drop off daycare center. We as educators see the difference in students that come to school with a strong base of knowledge as opposed to those that lack in all senses. Most students care for their teachers, and are respectful towards us; Parents instill this value. We show up to work daily with a smile, a plan to teach, a heart to love, and a steady hand to lead each student we are entrusted with. We feel safe and welcome at Liberty Blvd. Elementary School year after year and it is our goal that our students feel as equally respected by peers and staff. I only held back a star from the ratings because we are neglected by our District that could do so much more to improve our campus and because of a lack of much needed resources.

Teachers care about students academic performance and future. Parents need to be involved in their children education. Teacher cannot do everything in the classroom. Our children education is a team effort, teachers, students and parents.

Liberty Blvd. Elementary has wonderful super students. Having said that, like many schools in the area, our students do need teachers, parents, and support staff who believes in them. Put pessimism aside. Believe in not WHAT I DO but what our students can do and will do. I think THIS is the general consensus of our school. Liberty has that positive culture for all invovled in the stakes of educating our students.

There is a core dedicated staff of committed teachers. The administration staff is a bit dense and difficult to deal with .
