My boy goes there, and he really enjoy being school. He likes the teacher and environment.

Very poor. It starts from administration. From the main office when you walk in they are not friendly. They don’t communicate well with each other. They lack customer service. The teachers instead of voicing concerns with parents they discuss matters with the children. The staff is quick to shift blame on each other instead of being accountable for their actions. They should be advocating for these innocent children. They are very defensive when problems arise; if there are issues they have with parents they should not take it out on the children.

Negative! This school has a very diverse student population yet none of its teaching staff reflect that diversity. Their are no Asian, African American or Hispanic administrators or teachers in this school. As a person of color, I was questioned with regard to my presence in the building even though my child was with me, then unknowingly asked to leave the building with my child still present. Prior to this, I was highly recommended for the reduced lunch program without me even sharing my income with the office staff. Not the majority but their are some that would definitely benefit from racial awareness and equity training so that a more positive environment for people of color can be achieved at this school. A great start would be to hire staff that accurately reflect the diversity within the school so that the students can have an opportunity to see themselves in these role models and staff would feel more comfortable around persons of color.

The teachers are extremely helpful and genuinely concerned about the well being of my children. Staff is caring and easily approachable. It's nice seeing the principal participating in many school activities such as turkey trots, bike tours, and evening social gatherings at the school.My kids love this school and have loved all their teachers. The work load is reasonably challenging, while not overwhelming for my kids. My kids teachers have offered individual learning options for my kids whenever needed.The use of cheomebooks in school and homework on line fit well with this generation of learners. I can't say enough about this school! It's an awesome place to send your kids.
