9/10 due to the new principal. I feel that the new staff at the school has truly been an improvement and will continue to provide the best education for the children.

The admin and a few teachers are not focused on the true reason we send our children to catholic schools. They do not want input from parents an continue to allow chlidren that are not ready for the commitment of the catholic faith as well as the standard of involvement.

Disappointed with the leadership at St Matts. Any attempt of parents gathering to discuss opinions/options for bettering the school are squashed by the Principal. Even the "parent" Facebook page won't allow comments that suggest something might be amiss at the school. Poor teachers are allowed to stay as long as they click with the Principal. While Monsignor is a great priest, he chooses not to listen to parents concerns about the direction of the school. I hope that if he sees this website and the below average rating his school has for student growth rating he may take more action. The school does have some very good teachers, but the principal keeps bad ones around which bring the school down. I hope the principal reads this and proves me wrong by providing data on all her staff to this website. As of today, there is nothing.
