I have a student that currently attends. He is in seventh grade this year he went there last year also. He is autistic and I have had nothing but problems with the school. My son has been harassed and bullied to the point where he has talked about committing suicide because of it. Nothing was done about the students that were harassing him my son was just moved out of his class and into another where the bullying continued. He has been choked push down head slammed in the lockers. And still nothing was done. I am currently looking for a new school for my son to attend.

I was a student in this school from 5th grade to 8th grade, and I cannot stress enough how terrible this place is. I was bullied and harassed constantly, and the other students never faced any punishment. I was sexually harassed, and the principal did nothing about it. We had 4 different choir teachers in 4 different years. One was bullied by the students and quit, one got fired and was out of control to the point they smashed a desk in half. One quit from anger issues, the other was rude and arrogant, and let only a select few attend the concert, giving no reason for otherwise. They do not care about their students. Please do not send your kids to this school. I remember fights every other day, and a kid brought a weapon to school a few times. The school is managed terribly and I've seen special education children run around the halls and slam doors. They have no discipline and very few good teachers. I recommend sending your child to a different school.

It was decent until covid started .. all the teachers has caught covid. They are sticking the kids in gym . Fighting with no mask , No adults . Hey hey are not reporting covid cases . They refuse to withdraw my child. She has called them with her concerns and yet they have not called us back it’s been 2 days . My kids will never go to Jackson again I recommend for a decent level of learning you go some where else because here Jackson is just a jungle gym of germs .

My child comes home every single day talking about how many fights there were that day in school, how much cussing at the teachers there was and whether or not they learned anything in certain classes (like math) because the kids were too loud or playing around so the teAcher wouldn't teach them anything. The bus is even worse. He has recorded some experiences on his bus and it is horrible. I drive him every day since a 5tb grader had a bb fun on the bus and the driver keeps brake checking kids that are standing and my son hit his head on the seat in front of him. Terrible school.

Reading the reviews were interesting, but then again they are very old! I wouldn't recommend this school to any parent. I wish someone would have informed me of.the way they treat the kids. The staff bully and verbally abuses kids! Both principles cover up and make excuses for their staff behavior! Don't make your children suffer like mine did!
